Great! Inglish: I've had experiences with other hosting sites, none of which were as good as ReliableSite's. I've been using one of their machines for 3 months now and have never had any issues. The prices are great and the support team always responds to tickets very quickly and clearly. I use it to host my Minecraft server, so if you're looking for a similar service, I definitely recommend it. ReliableSite is the best cheap US server provider ReliableSite overall is an amazing server provider. They are one of the cheapest in the US and in my experience have amazing support & uptime. I've only ever had one issue with them in the past, and it was resolved after opening ticket.

Great prices, but support is trash These guys have some of the most competitive pricing in terms of dedicated servers, but the support is absolutely trash when you need it. Don't get fooled by the fast response and live chat you get presales as it's nothing like that once you become a paying customer. Their ticket support system is horrible, their server management tools are unreliable and their response time is not to be trusted if you are running mission critical services on their servers. If they improve their tools and support process I will update this review to a higher star rating, but for now customers need to be aware.
