Don't get fooled by the fast response and live chat you get presales as it's nothing like that once you become a paying customer. Their ticket support system is horrible, their server management tools are unreliable and their response time is not to be trusted if you are running mission critical services on their servers. If they improve their tools and support process I will update this review to a higher star rating, but for now customers need to be aware.
