They have both a mobile and desktop app which makes it easy for me to use wherever I am. I'm able to respond quickly and efficiently to every message. (Also, being able to send happy birthday texts to people without thinking about it is always a plus!)

GBNeeds improvement I would like to say that I like SuperPhone but there still needs to be some improvements. The delay in messaging is a problem. I am constantly getting crazy calls from the area code that my number is registered with. So spam calls are crazy!
