GBConnected my Shopify Store For the first month I tried to do almost everything that I was doing on MailChimp but for text to A/B test and saw great results. The very first broadcast message that sent on SuperPhone received an 87% click-through rate with only a few unsubscribes. I thought it was beginner’s luck but I’m consistently seeing a 70-85% click-through on all of my broadcasts. My team also can respond manually to shipping requests or questions that people may send in about their order. Def recommended.

GBThe service itself works very well The service itself works very well. The only thing I don't love is the pricing is confusing there are a high number of factors. Number of users, number of text messages, segments (texting is PRICEY if you use emojis because they use a large number of segments). I'd prefer a flat fee, and for the charges to come in as a bundle (they charge your card frequently in small amounts).

GB#TeamSuperPhone!! I've been using SuperPhone since it first released, and it's come such a long way! I love the platform's features and the pricing is very fair. But my favorite aspect of SuperPhone is it's SUPERB customer service team! They really make you feel appreciated and "at home" which is much appreciated for small-business owners. I can't imagine not having my SuperPhone # ...amazing product.

GBNeeds improvement I would like to say that I like SuperPhone but there still needs to be some improvements. The delay in messaging is a problem. I am constantly getting crazy calls from the area code that my number is registered with. So spam calls are crazy!

GBHighly recommend this! I’ve been able to really grow a more personal connection with the fans of my music with SuperPhone. I’ve used it for everything from making merch sales with a quick text to inviting an audience to my livestream easily! My only problem was that you couldn’t delete contacts, but they just fixed that, too.
