3rd Time’s a charm This is my third time using Superphone so I must love it lol I used it when it first came out and I totally loved it but I think my customers and fans didn’t get the idea so I stopped using it, fast forward I tired it again just for fans to pretty much do the same thing, but came to the realization that I might have been using it wrong! Now I’m on track to using it properly and it’s been good every since! I love how easy it is to use and it’s right on time, even testing beta apps to improve on it more! Love it!

Great solution SuperPhone is a great solution for one-to-one and one-to-many texting. They have good customer service. They seem to work for a lot of use cases from influencers to enterprise businesses and have a variety of features (including APIs). I do think they could more cleanly package these features for different use cases and have a lot more ways to expand the product

SuperPhone as a Business Phone Number I use SuperPhone for business communications with the independent contractors I work with and I love that I am able to systemize conversations. They have both a mobile and desktop app which makes it easy for me to use wherever I am. I'm able to respond quickly and efficiently to every message. (Also, being able to send happy birthday texts to people without thinking about it is always a plus!)

SuperPhone is amazing SuperPhone is amazing! I’ve been trying to find a solution to communicate with my community off of social media. I was considering Community BUT their initial pricing to get started sucks, there are no important analytics, and there aren’t any integrations that I’ve seen. Customer service here is amazing. My main recommendations would be to advertise more. I only found this Gem 💎 by going down the YouTube rabbit hole. Also add more integration options through Zapier for coaches as I’m not an artist lol (I use kajabi and although it’s available, it’s missing some things to make it perfect) Thanks for this platform! I’ve had it less than a month and it’s already paying off!

Needs improvement I would like to say that I like SuperPhone but there still needs to be some improvements. The delay in messaging is a problem. I am constantly getting crazy calls from the area code that my number is registered with. So spam calls are crazy!
