Great solution SuperPhone is a great solution for one-to-one and one-to-many texting. They have good customer service. They seem to work for a lot of use cases from influencers to enterprise businesses and have a variety of features (including APIs). I do think they could more cleanly package these features for different use cases and have a lot more ways to expand the product

So far, so great. Direct support/advisement I’ve received from KoKo, Theo & Kris has been a game changer to help me nail down some key details and ideas for a campaign. The support feature and tutorial videos were also easy to follow and extremely helpful to fast track me into the system and ease the learning curve. Can’t wait to see the results of this first campaign.

CRM of the future I’ve been using this platform for a few weeks and it’s fantastic! Set up isn’t too wonky and things are pretty strait forward—well laid out. Highly recommend this! I’ve been able to really grow a more personal connection with the fans of my music with SuperPhone. I’ve used it for everything from making merch sales with a quick text to inviting an audience to my livestream easily! My only problem was that you couldn’t delete contacts, but they just fixed that, too.
