The very first broadcast message that sent on SuperPhone received an 87% click-through rate with only a few unsubscribes. I thought it was beginner’s luck but I’m consistently seeing a 70-85% click-through on all of my broadcasts. My team also can respond manually to shipping requests or questions that people may send in about their order. Def recommended.

Though the pricing structure was a bit… Though the pricing structure was a bit confusing to understand at first, It's still the absolute best value for someone looking to build a list from scratch, FAR better than Community imo. You get WAY more than you bargained for.

SuperPhone as a Business Phone Number I use SuperPhone for business communications with the independent contractors I work with and I love that I am able to systemize conversations. They have both a mobile and desktop app which makes it easy for me to use wherever I am. I'm able to respond quickly and efficiently to every message. (Also, being able to send happy birthday texts to people without thinking about it is always a plus!)
