GBNeeds improvement I would like to say that I like SuperPhone but there still needs to be some improvements. The delay in messaging is a problem. I am constantly getting crazy calls from the area code that my number is registered with. So spam calls are crazy!

GBFeels personal I looked at a bunch of platforms but most of them used shortcodes and did not offer two-way texting. SuperPhone uses longcodes and allows me to respond to everyone in individual or broadcast messages. Texting #SAVE20 to 232343 is a horrible user experience for my business. My customers appreciate that there is a real person on the other end of that 347 NYC area code. Even when they receive the automated responses, it feels like a real person to them.

GBFarmers using a Superphone As a small farming business, we really need to be able to be as mobile as possible. Superphone allowed us to keep all of our contacts from when we lived in the city, add a new set of followers and keep them up to date from our new rural lifestyle. Community is important to us and Superphone has allowed for that to remain present while in the fields.

GBGreat solution SuperPhone is a great solution for one-to-one and one-to-many texting. They have good customer service. They seem to work for a lot of use cases from influencers to enterprise businesses and have a variety of features (including APIs). I do think they could more cleanly package these features for different use cases and have a lot more ways to expand the product

GBSuperPhone as a Business Phone Number I use SuperPhone for business communications with the independent contractors I work with and I love that I am able to systemize conversations. They have both a mobile and desktop app which makes it easy for me to use wherever I am. I'm able to respond quickly and efficiently to every message. (Also, being able to send happy birthday texts to people without thinking about it is always a plus!)
