Mike helped me migrate and continued to provide helpful answers. The only thing that could be better is the Support Response Time, it's stated as 27 minutes on the website... That's definitely wrong, sometimes it took up to 12 hours. Other times around an hour our so. Could be a little better, but it's alright for the price. They could maybe offer an addon for faster support, and maybe offer live chat support.

Been using them since 2017 Been using them since 2017 (Yes, almost a decade now..), great overall host and no serious issues since we've been with them. Pricing is something they really take seriously, we've only seen some price increases with cPanel but thats about it.

Not great for agencies!!! I have been with them for nearly a year, we have had endless issues with them, the good reviews probably comes from people hosting 1 website but they can definitely not supply agencies that hosts numerous websites. I lost clients because of them. The sites become inaccessible if you open two pages at a time, the support that takes 12hours to reply cant find the issue.

I have basically been an impossible customer and they have put up with me and more than that solved every single issue and problem no matter how big or small it was and they have taken it seriously and acted with commendable speed. Awesome Host I initally signed up for a dev server for my domains before moving them to my production host. I quickly realised that they are AMAZEBALLS!!! I dont like migration services as I like to control moving accounts from one location to another and these guys are brilliant. I have been with them for a week now and I have logged multiple tickets asking questions and they get back to me very quickly. They also answer my questions fully and detailed. I am based in the UK and thought that the server being in Luxembourg would casue my sites to slow down but in fact they have sped up. Awesome!
