Very slow when uploading and… Very slow when uploading and downloading files to the file manager, the speed is only 2 Mbps. But when uploading MySQL database, the speed can be up to 30 Mbps.

Not Reliable Based on my experience Based on my experience, this provider is not a reliable hosting service. I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for. They advertise all their packages with NVMe, but the performance of my website is very slow. Interestingly, my site was faster when I was using a traditional SSD with a different hosting service, not Asura.

Mike helped me migrate and continued to provide helpful answers. The only thing that could be better is the Support Response Time, it's stated as 27 minutes on the website... That's definitely wrong, sometimes it took up to 12 hours. Other times around an hour our so. Could be a little better, but it's alright for the price. They could maybe offer an addon for faster support, and maybe offer live chat support.

Asura Hosting have a team of extremely well qualified support staffs who can fix any type of issues that fall unders hosting or websites. we can host our website anywhere but if the hosting company support team is not great and if they talk always technical and throws responsibilities on customers , then there is no point. ths is where Asura hosting support team stands the top of the world they will fix any issues under the world of hosting and they reply back with their tickets which is " your issue has been resolved " KUDOS Guys !!!!
