Amazing experience so far! Amazing experience so far! I had another web server at another host which went offline, so I had to migrate quickly. Mike helped me migrate and continued to provide helpful answers. The only thing that could be better is the Support Response Time, it's stated as 27 minutes on the website... That's definitely wrong, sometimes it took up to 12 hours. Other times around an hour our so. Could be a little better, but it's alright for the price. They could maybe offer an addon for faster support, and maybe offer live chat support.
