IDUnable to create same privacy pack for same website. EDITED Henry contacted me, they refunded my payment so i can create new privacy pack for ecommerce site. Should be 5 stars if the response time is "within hours" as advertised. PREVIOUS I want to change policy pack from web pack to ecommerce pack and sent contact form for support. It said that support will reply in a few hours. After waiting for more than 24 hours and still no replies, i deleted web privacy pack i made before. And there is no way to create new privacy even for same website without repay. Why the system unable to detect which web we created the privacy pack before so we can create same privacy for same website.

GBGreat product written in an understandable and complete way. GetTerms is great. Their product is simple to understand yet thorough which both myself and my users appreciate. You buy the product and it’s yours. You can simply link your page to the specific page they host or in my case I copy and paste the html on my site.

CAPurchased a deal from Appsumo for… Purchased a deal from Appsumo for GetTerms. This was for a few low volume sites. The GetTerms Cookie scanner could never discover the cookies our sites were using. Odd since their competition had no such issues. After many conversations with their tech support and assurances that they were working on the issue, they even suggested we get a refund. They come off as a scam. Even the promotion with Appsumo has been erased. UPDATE: Let's be clear here. When the product did not pick up site cookies as advertised (one of your main features), we did contact YOUR customer support. Customer support told us that there was bug on YOUR end. We were assured that YOU were working on it. We waited many weeks for YOU to fix your bug. The refund is not the issue - YOUR defective product is. And I could add the near non-existent customer support that seemed absent much of the time. We are perfectly aware that you are a smaller business and we were very patient with your service - as CS wrote you had a fairly big influx from your promotion. We were ready to work with you - after a few weeks, the cookie scan feature still did not work. We tried to work with you to resolve this. Given the arrogance in your response, I wish we could leave a "no star" review.
