Great Product - great service This is a great product, simple and intuitive to use, and one which produces lifelike results. I have been colorizing some old postcards for a local history group, and have had many comments to the effect that the coloured versions had so much more to the scene. Pixbim were also extremely helpful (and speedy) when I lost my activation key when transferring the program to a new computer. well done!

Very satisified with customer support After a computer crash my PixBim app reverted to the trial version. Unable to locate my license I emailed customer support. I though I would get the usual run around but I was wrong. Thanks to Nicole I had my license emailed to me on a Sunday morning. That this took place over a weekend was surprising in itself. The Pixbim video upscaler works great… The Pixbim video upscaler works great although you must have patience as the process is slow. The customer service is very good and quickly responsive to your questions. They are very supportive.

Pixbim's good products and customers service Good day I've purchased a Pixbim's Video Colorize AI some time ago and i had some questions about it. Nicole have been very helpful and explanatory about the use of it. Especially the difference of using GPU instead of CPU for the colorization of a video gave tremendous speed to the process. Also the tip about the previous conversion of a video to the latest mp4 format using VLC for instance was very helpful. I have also other Pixbim products. My overall experience with the product and the service of company is very positive
