GBVery satisified with customer support After a computer crash my PixBim app reverted to the trial version. Unable to locate my license I emailed customer support. I though I would get the usual run around but I was wrong. Thanks to Nicole I had my license emailed to me on a Sunday morning. That this took place over a weekend was surprising in itself. GBThe Pixbim video upscaler works great… The Pixbim video upscaler works great although you must have patience as the process is slow. The customer service is very good and quickly responsive to your questions. They are very supportive.

Also, their customer service is equally fantastic with their reps and developers going the extra mile to make sure the customer (me) is (was) completely satisfied. I've used other suppliers of similar products professionally for over 25-years and I have never had any company provide the level of performance and customer support as Pixbim. I recommend them HIGHLY!! I also recommend their great product Animate Photos AI which is simple to use with great results including the ability to enhance and save the original photo itself.

GBPIXBIM and its Video Upscale AI are winners! I ordered Video Upscale AI and couldn't be happier with it! It's slow on my machine (a Windows 11 laptop), but it runs nicely in the background. It does an excellent job of upscaling some videos I downloaded from the Internet that weren't very good quality. Even more importantly, I had an issue with files saving when the upscale was completed. When I contacted PIXBIM, they responded within hours. They asked for information about the file I was working with and my system (including logs), reviewed and analyzed the issue, and effectively resolved it within a few days by having the developers create a new version of the software with an effective fix. That's support you rarely see from a software company! Very pleased with this purchase and with working with PIXBIM.
