APPlova is all restaurants solutions provider, they a real gem! I am so grateful I found APPlova, they’re my heroes! Shout out to Ethan and Kevin, they’re very professional, always on schedule, efficient and are experts at restaurants solutions especially a small business like myself. I needed help and they’re my solutions to get my cafe online, marketing, menus and a great support! They’re a great team and very valuable!! Thank you APPlova for being my hero!!

1 Applova's online ordering has been a… Applova's online ordering has been a successful addition to our business allowing us to reach the millennial and GenZ generations. We have successfully placed over 100 orders in a very short time since our launch. Applova has helped us provide our customers a faster more convenient way to order and pick up , avoiding wait time . We love the ease of reading the panel showing us the order , time and customer name in a click of a bottom. The best part of the applova online service is that once you have created your website there really isn't very much needed to be done after. We have not had any issues with the system being down or orders that have been paid not coming through to our end. We at Mama Tita's are overall pleased with the customer service that we have been provided by Kevin Austin. Kevin has been extremely patient and willing to help at anytime of the day with any questions or concerns we may have. He has made the transition from a regular drive through to an online store successful. Applova also offers a call center that also provide excellent service when needed.

Empty promises, waste of time and money, not fully integrated with Clover POS What a waste of time. I had a small inclination that everything they promised would not be fulfilled after I paid their $500 fee. And to my surprise, I was right. Wasted so much time and money and nothing came out of it. They refuse to refund me because they claimed transferring photos took up a lot of resource. All they did was copy all my photos from Clover. I'm guessing this is how they make most of their money as not a lot of customer stay with them due to horrible customer service, very poor and buggy software and bad implementation. They made several claims and guaranteed them. But after I signed up and dealt with several people, none of them claims were true. Claim 1) Fully integrated with Clover. Everything automated and no need for double entry. Facts: Completely false. They are NOT fully integrated. After I signed up, they said Clover limits what they can and cannot do with their API. So there is double entry involved and many of the benefits you have on clover will not work on their Kiosks. Instead, you have to pay an additional $50 to use their service such as rewards points. Claim 2) No double entry. Facts: 100% false. There will be double entry and you will now have to mange 2 systems. Their menu isn't synced with clover. If you take an item offline on Clover, you have to do the same on their system. If you upload an image you have to upload it again on their system. This is double entry, double the work. Which they claim you don't have to to with their system. Once you pay the $500 fee however, their tune will change and they will say "CLOVER" is at fault. Well, they should have stated that in the very beginning. They also like to waste your time by setting up zoom meetings to brag about their company. No one has time for that. They claim everything is automated and everything is integrated, but they have to call you and waste your time telling you how to do this and do that. Should have been a red flag when they told me they needed to setup zoom meetings to guide you through the process. But if everything is "automated" like they claimed it was, why all the zoom meetings? At the end of they day. I'm glad I didn't spend $2000 on "Self-service" kiosk that doesn't work and am glad I wanted to test our their service first on a clover station. Turns out, they are NOT fully integrated and everything isn't automated. So if you want double the work, then go ahead go with them. Charging $500 to upload photos is ridiclous. Waiting on my refund since we could not use their "service" due to their reps lying. Also, be warned that there is a reason why they only accept debit cards. Make it harder to dispute the charges after you end up deciding to cancel because they couldn't fulfill their end of the deal.
