It worked! It worked! I was highly skeptical of using this company (and all others) but after many phone calls where ATT and Samsung were bouncing me back and worth without truly understanding what a network PUK was, I decided to use it and I was not disappointed!!! A couple of days and they sent me both codes (PIN and PUK). Their web page may have some issues: make sure to click only once for the payment and then check whether you have been charged. Even if it looked like it was still loading, my transaction was complete and everything went through smoothly.

Excellent service. Excellent. I submitted my unlock request at around midnight and I received 2 unlock codes by email 12 hours later. The second code worked perfectly. The comprehensive instructions were easy to follow and the ability to pay by PayPal made me feel finacially secure. I would definitely use this service again.

Great experience! 1) Keeping me updated on the order status was great, I had daily messages on what's currently going on with my order. 2) Delivery time was as promised 3) What could be improved: I've received 2 unlock codes, 8 digits each, concatenated together producing one 16-digits code. It took me a while to figure out why the code doesn't fit into input field on the device. After trying to insert only first 8 digits it worked smoothly and the phone was unlocked successfully.

They took just a bit longer than… They took just a bit longer than estimated wait time but they completed order with absolutely 0 issues. Very happy with service and would reccomend them to anyone trying to unlock they're phone.

Learning as I go I'm still learning about unlocking and even rooting phones and hope for the best. These guys promised my codes within 3 days, delivered in less than 24 hours.I haven't unlocked my phone yet though because the question I had for these guys was whether I needed a sim card from another carrier. They explained that was the best way to confirm a successful unlock. I'm still doing research on which carrier my particular phone is most compatible with, also thinking about getting another phone.. hey, I might be back 🙂
