I was highly skeptical of using this company (and all others) but after many phone calls where ATT and Samsung were bouncing me back and worth without truly understanding what a network PUK was, I decided to use it and I was not disappointed!!! A couple of days and they sent me both codes (PIN and PUK). Their web page may have some issues: make sure to click only once for the payment and then check whether you have been charged. Even if it looked like it was still loading, my transaction was complete and everything went through smoothly.
