GBI love that Kajabi is an AIO tool I love that Kajabi is an AIO (all-in-one) tool that allows you to connect everything in one platform. While some improvements are needed to compete with other products such as WordPress and ActiveCampaign, Kajabi is the only tool I found that allows me to create a website, sales funnels, events and a community while at the same time allowing me to build a paid subscription for my courses, a coaching program and have a CRM all in one place. I have not found another tool that gives me all these features and functionality in one place.

GBKajabi in the only platform I have used… Kajabi in the only platform I have used that encompasses almost all of the features I need for my business. It is intuitive. There are plenty of training videos if you have questions. Every time I have not been able to figure out something the support team has been awesome. My online business now lives on Kajabi and it is a platform I highly recommend.

GBThis company relies on hoards of people… This company relies on hoards of people trying to join pyramid schemes and launch courses. I was not in this pool. I am an educator who tested different platforms. I tried to cancel my account. I was told it was cancelled only to be put through 8 months of charges to the point of having customer service reps tell me in writing it is cancelled then in that same chain another rep telling me they can’t cancel it. Normally, a website would have an easy pause or cancel membership button. They don’t. They want to torture and bleed you for money. I had to take this up with my bank now. They don’t have any customer service phone lines they answer and that is also a red flag. They have highly varied pricing, so they don’t want you able to negotiate or talk to anyone. I work in big tech and this is hands down the worst tech company experience of my life. I never used their platform and still was charged for 8 months. Fraud. Predatory behavior. Customer abuse. Run!
