GBKajabi in the only platform I have used… Kajabi in the only platform I have used that encompasses almost all of the features I need for my business. It is intuitive. There are plenty of training videos if you have questions. Every time I have not been able to figure out something the support team has been awesome. My online business now lives on Kajabi and it is a platform I highly recommend.

CAUnderwhelming, no auto captions or 4GB+ uploads For what you pay for with Kajabi, you get very little in terms of video capabilities. Uploads are limited to 4gb, and only 1080p. And there is no auto captions. The interface is outdated and customer service is mediocre at best with no phone service. For a company that brags about bringing in $1Bil through their platform we have found overall the experience to be quite underwhelming. It feels obtusely limited. Any video platform these days, including a Live ZOOM call, can create auto captions.

GBCannot log in Cannot log in. It logged me out for no reason. Then forced an app update. Then my email took too long to send code. Then it said, too many attempts. Just really poor experience. Even when it works the navigation in the app and website, between conversations etc is really non-intuitive and confusing. It takes 5 minutes sometimes to relocate conversations or queries. Needs some user testing and an overhaul.
