Yes, sometimes it takes a little time to connect and it has problems with UK streaming sites. However, there are workarounds for most problems, you only have to ask the customer service team. Whenever I contacted them I got a swift and helpful response. Other IT companies could learn from them.

Poor VPN I've so many issues with this VPN. Connection frequently get disconnect and try reconnect very slow. Most IP spam and can't access some websites, I feel very frustrating day by day that using this VPN. If you guys have choices you guys should try other VPN services like Cyber ghost or other well known VPN service provider better than this one.
