GBHad a problem with the VPN not working… Had a problem with the VPN not working after installing an upgrade. I contacted the support team ( Vito) who immediately responded. I followed his instructions and with several responses to my questions, had me up and running again. Probably one of the best support teams I have ever used. Thanks again Vito.

GBTheir staff is the difference I don’t usually use my VPN software & when it suddenly didn’t work when I needed it most, I contacted support. Within minutes I was back up and running, they were extremely patient & thorough. And always responsive - every inquiry has gotten a response immediately. So If you’re thinking of getting a VPN, please keep in mind that no matter how good their servers or software is, if you can’t get it to work for you? It’s useless. And that’s why KeepSolid wins for me; their customer service is top notch.

IEUsing this service on all my devices… Using this service on all my devices (6) for many years now, and never had any major issues with it. Yes, sometimes it takes a little time to connect and it has problems with UK streaming sites. However, there are workarounds for most problems, you only have to ask the customer service team. Whenever I contacted them I got a swift and helpful response. Other IT companies could learn from them.
