Great staff Started off a little frustrating but their staff are understanding. I had different servers throughout a course of three years and yes honestly did have problems here and there. But every problem I had the staff knew how to fix. I learned from experience don't leave a bad review imediatly if you have a problem contact support they are genuinely understanding. I almost left a negative reveiw but I decided to ask for help and not only did they fix the issue at hand they responded in under two hours on a ticket. Keep in mind they also have 24 hour support for smaller issues. Genuinely thank you for saving my server.

Wonderful staff and easy to use. Wonderful, every time I have an issue or need help, I get a response literally so quick I’m shocked. Very helpful and always kind staff. Erika helped me today after I requested some assistance with my account. No questions asked, immediately assisted me! 10/10 recommend for server hosting. Best support team ever The servers are usually very stable for minecraft, especially with mods. But where i absolutely love apex is the support team, the support team for minecraft is the absolute best team i have ever met, they always fix my problem no matter what and are some of the nicest people ive ever met.

OMG...sign up with these guys OMG, we have struggled a little, it has to be said setting up a server for my 10 year old son, however the team from Apex could not have been more helpful. We have emailed several times, each time the advice has been clear and accurate as well as super fast. If you're reading this wavering as to which server co to sign up with, don't bother shopping around for the odd $, these guys are amazing, the real deal, to the support team, we thank you ;o)
