so bad I wrote an AD! I had a terrible experience with Apex Hosting. Their mod menu is awful, and I suggest using Nitrado instead. Nitrado has a better mod menu for easy configuration, and their support team is much more helpful. Unfortunately, my order with Apex Hosting was abruptly canceled after I opened a ticket to switch the location of the servers due to a high average ping of 120 from LA to Dallas. Although I was refunded, I did not receive any further communication from them.

Great Communication & Pricing Great communication, great pricing. An amazing feature they have is that you can change your server plan mid-period, allowing you to simply pay the raise in price or give you back the money for what you no longer need.
