Subpar provider Scheduled a call. Had some basic questions, the support guy Evan was pretty passive aggressive. Decided not to continue the product, today I noticed on my card statement that they charged me without my consent. Overall pretty meh about the whole experience.

I like that it can be used as a free… I like that it can be used as a free crm and you can still purchase leads without a membership. I dislike the price and the fact that it sometimes can be a bit difficult to navigate. I also dislike that it’s not as much help for wholesalers to land a deal. I’ve been fishing and gathering contracts and it is difficult to get a CASH BUYER. I wish it was a way to help wholesalers land a deal after gathering the contracts and doing our due diligence. I wish there was a way that we’d be able to connect and network with realtors and private money lenders that are ALREADY WHOLESALE FRIENDLY.

Solid product but lacks some basic functionality... The Realeflow product is a very good platform for real estate investors. Unfortunately, it does not offer and end-to-end solution like a few other apps. (i.e. telephony, removing or merging duplicate records, reporting, etc.) It has a strong marketing engine built within the product. The prospecting tool is great too. Very easy to use and pulls its data from public records. The Realeflow platform can send mass email and has a SMS/text function but the prospect has to opt-in before it can be used. Overall, it's better than most products on the market but maybe not as much of a powerhouse as some.

The support is very responsive for questions and there are always new and useful updates and webinars to train you on the use of the system. It does so much for you and your teams.
