I like that it can be used as a free… I like that it can be used as a free crm and you can still purchase leads without a membership. I dislike the price and the fact that it sometimes can be a bit difficult to navigate. I also dislike that it’s not as much help for wholesalers to land a deal. I’ve been fishing and gathering contracts and it is difficult to get a CASH BUYER. I wish it was a way to help wholesalers land a deal after gathering the contracts and doing our due diligence. I wish there was a way that we’d be able to connect and network with realtors and private money lenders that are ALREADY WHOLESALE FRIENDLY.

After watching the training videos, I was able to get started right away finding properties and sending out my first mail campaign. I would recommend this to anyone just starting in RE investing or anyone who has 10 years experience.....it HELPS !!!
