Tuneskit data recovery gave me hope… Tuneskit data recovery gave me hope although it was short-lived as the app could not recognize my device. Itunes has recognized it, I think it probably has to do with the fact that the device can only be recognized in recovery mode. I hope to figure out a way around this, hence why I am writing this review. Wish me luck :)

Emailed support who from the initial contact were very dismissive, and immediately stated this wouldn't be covered under money back guarantee etc... (I hadn't even asked at this point!) Then, simply stopped replying. Ended up getting money back via PayPal Don't waste your time
