This software helped me a lot. I often listening songs with my iPod nano, but the iPod nano don't support Apple Music, because iPod nano likes other MP3 player, which haven’t Wifi. In additional, the Apple company does not offer Apple Music app for iPod. This software can help me convert the DRM-protected Apple songs, albums, playlists to common MP3 format, now I can play Apple Music songs freely on my iPod nano and Samsung mobile phone. Excellent product supported by real people The Tunesbank software works really well and the support is given by real human beings (I recently changed computer and needed to deauthorise the app on the old one to enable it on the new one). I was considering dropping a star because communications weren’t always super swift, but the support is there and that’s more important to me.

The Apple Music convertor is simple to use The Apple Music convertor is simple-to-use, just tick the songs you want to copy and the program will make the copies, which allows me to DJ with the songs. It has various formats that you can save the files in, and I’d recommend going to Preferences > Advanced and setting it up the way you want it. I also recently changed computers and they quickly helped me with that transition.

Still no answer from Support Their feedback here on Trustpilot after my first review March 7th was: "Hi, If you have any question, please send email to us: (email address) Or, you can directly chat with us via Facebook: (link) We will reply you and help you solve the problem ASAP." I mailed them, but I still get no answer…

This is a great product and very easy… This is a great product and very easy to use. From time to time if I need some help I can email them and they are quick to respond. No issues with resolving my support requests too. Usually has to do with something simple like downloading a new version that I missed. Only request I would have is to speed up downloads and it seems they are working on that already. The latest version downloads faster than previous. Another request would be to allow me to label my files prior to the download.
