This software helped me a lot. I often listening songs with my iPod nano, but the iPod nano don't support Apple Music, because iPod nano likes other MP3 player, which haven’t Wifi. In additional, the Apple company does not offer Apple Music app for iPod. This software can help me convert the DRM-protected Apple songs, albums, playlists to common MP3 format, now I can play Apple Music songs freely on my iPod nano and Samsung mobile phone. I have tried several other softwares, but none was ukeysoft I have tried several other softwares, some even got the song title and downloaded same titled songs from youtube :( Then I found ukeysoft and it works just as it is told. When it gets to working, it connects itunes and then goes over the song and viola the songs are in its converted folder. They are correct, high quality and can be played with other players

Amazon Music Converter, arms race I purchased Ukeysoft's Amazon Music Converter lifetime licence in May 2023. It is important to note when buying such software you are participating in a digital arms race between the 'downloader' developer and the source website developers. There have been a couple of periods where the Am Converter has stopped working. The latest 'outage' which brought me here to Tpilot with a view to complaining was over 2 months! However, today Ukeysoft finally released an update which is working perfectly again. The support channel is rather intermittent in their responses which leads to uncertainty and frustration, I wish they would send progress updates to help alleviate this. However they did contact me by both email and messenger with the update release announcement. It is not cheap but it does work well, and Ukeysoft appear committed to keeping their product going. Improve your comms and you might earn that 5th star.

Have been using it for the Tidal… Have been using it for the Tidal Streaming, just over one year. Highly recommend and very easy to use. The time to convert is very acceptable. There are no glitches or awkward issues and the interface looks exactly like Tidal. Go ahead and purchase it, you will not be disappointed. The support team promptly answered my billing question on an issue.

Still no answer from Support Their feedback here on Trustpilot after my first review March 7th was: "Hi, If you have any question, please send email to us: (email address) Or, you can directly chat with us via Facebook: (link) We will reply you and help you solve the problem ASAP." I mailed them, but I still get no answer…
