It has various formats that you can save the files in, and I’d recommend going to Preferences > Advanced and setting it up the way you want it. I also recently changed computers and they quickly helped me with that transition.

Honestly I don’t regret investing in… Honestly I don’t regret investing in the app but most important part is the customer service led by Steven Jeam who was there to sort out the technical issue I had making sure to kept in touch with me as soon as possible. Worth every penny spent.

This is a great product and very easy… This is a great product and very easy to use. From time to time if I need some help I can email them and they are quick to respond. No issues with resolving my support requests too. Usually has to do with something simple like downloading a new version that I missed. Only request I would have is to speed up downloads and it seems they are working on that already. The latest version downloads faster than previous. Another request would be to allow me to label my files prior to the download.

Product works great, great customer service Product works great. When I switched to a new computer, the license did not work on my new MacBook (it was already activated on my old Mac). I requested a solution by mail and Ukeysoft responded within 12 hours and reset the license key for me to use it again. It works!
