It has various formats that you can save the files in, and I’d recommend going to Preferences > Advanced and setting it up the way you want it. Have been using it for the Tidal… Have been using it for the Tidal Streaming, just over one year. Highly recommend and very easy to use. The time to convert is very acceptable. There are no glitches or awkward issues and the interface looks exactly like Tidal. Go ahead and purchase it, you will not be disappointed. The support team promptly answered my billing question on an issue.

Excellent product supported by real people The Tunesbank software works really well and the support is given by real human beings (I recently changed computer and needed to deauthorise the app on the old one to enable it on the new one). I was considering dropping a star because communications weren’t always super swift, but the support is there and that’s more important to me.
