GBExcellent product supported by real people The Tunesbank software works really well and the support is given by real human beings (I recently changed computer and needed to deauthorise the app on the old one to enable it on the new one). I was considering dropping a star because communications weren’t always super swift, but the support is there and that’s more important to me.

ESThe Apple Music convertor is simple to use The Apple Music convertor is simple-to-use, just tick the songs you want to copy and the program will make the copies, which allows me to DJ with the songs. It has various formats that you can save the files in, and I’d recommend going to Preferences > Advanced and setting it up the way you want it. I also recently changed computers and they quickly helped me with that transition.

NLProduct works great, great customer service Product works great. When I switched to a new computer, the license did not work on my new MacBook (it was already activated on my old Mac). I requested a solution by mail and Ukeysoft responded within 12 hours and reset the license key for me to use it again. It works!

GBReally pleased Really pleased - Probably overkill as im only DJing my wedding with my mate but purchased the lifelong subscription and started converting tunes from Tidal to use with Rekordbox - I know I didn't need to convert to AIFF but I did and it sounds brilliant through the sound system. Emailed them once with a question and had a response next day.

TWthe sound quality is bad Although it said it's a lossless convert but the sound quality is pretty bad after I use tidal hifi to download, I tried another brand's converters before so I know what it should be sound like. would not recommend this converter if you want a high-quality lossless wav/aiff track.
