Also the support team is quite helpful with very prompt response to resolve unexpected issue of license key recognized that I encountered when I changed my PC even after 6months I bought and started using this software. As long as this kind of product and support is kept and well maintained, I strongly recommend this software.

There is only one little problem, you must validate your registration code again and again when you reinstall your PC or you use a new PC. But they fix the problem in 24 hours...

problems occured but solved the right way I have purchased the software and used it for some time. Then it stopped working. I did write an e-mail to more than one address and no reply was there. But then once somebody replied (long holiday) there was a good cooperation in order to fix the issue. I was just sending the log files and checking if it works. It took some time - but i do understand things are not fixed within finger click. After all i got my time extended and software is working ok. So happy with it. Thanks for help.

This is a great product and very easy… This is a great product and very easy to use. From time to time if I need some help I can email them and they are quick to respond. No issues with resolving my support requests too. Usually has to do with something simple like downloading a new version that I missed. Only request I would have is to speed up downloads and it seems they are working on that already. The latest version downloads faster than previous. Another request would be to allow me to label my files prior to the download.
