Purchased their Spotify converter but… Purchased their Spotify converter but could not cancel and their emails bounce back, seems like a con to me will have to go the chargeback route with my bank. Thank you for your response but one opportunity to cancel through an email is sorry not acceptable.

I mailed them, but I still get no answer…

Spotify Music Converter is an excellent… Spotify Music Converter is an excellent product. It works well in any file extension. Relatively fast and precise. There is only one little problem, you must validate your registration code again and again when you reinstall your PC or you use a new PC. But they fix the problem in 24 hours...

Really pleased Really pleased - Probably overkill as im only DJing my wedding with my mate but purchased the lifelong subscription and started converting tunes from Tidal to use with Rekordbox - I know I didn't need to convert to AIFF but I did and it sounds brilliant through the sound system. Emailed them once with a question and had a response next day.

problems occured but solved the right way I have purchased the software and used it for some time. Then it stopped working. I did write an e-mail to more than one address and no reply was there. But then once somebody replied (long holiday) there was a good cooperation in order to fix the issue. I was just sending the log files and checking if it works. It took some time - but i do understand things are not fixed within finger click. After all i got my time extended and software is working ok. So happy with it. Thanks for help.
