I have tried several other softwares, but none was ukeysoft I have tried several other softwares, some even got the song title and downloaded same titled songs from youtube :( Then I found ukeysoft and it works just as it is told. When it gets to working, it connects itunes and then goes over the song and viola the songs are in its converted folder. They are correct, high quality and can be played with other players

the sound quality is bad Although it said it's a lossless convert but the sound quality is pretty bad after I use tidal hifi to download, I tried another brand's converters before so I know what it should be sound like. would not recommend this converter if you want a high-quality lossless wav/aiff track.
