the sound quality is bad Although it said it's a lossless convert but the sound quality is pretty bad after I use tidal hifi to download, I tried another brand's converters before so I know what it should be sound like. would not recommend this converter if you want a high-quality lossless wav/aiff track.

This is a great product and very easy… This is a great product and very easy to use. From time to time if I need some help I can email them and they are quick to respond. No issues with resolving my support requests too. Usually has to do with something simple like downloading a new version that I missed. Only request I would have is to speed up downloads and it seems they are working on that already. The latest version downloads faster than previous. Another request would be to allow me to label my files prior to the download.

Excellent product supported by real people The Tunesbank software works really well and the support is given by real human beings (I recently changed computer and needed to deauthorise the app on the old one to enable it on the new one). I was considering dropping a star because communications weren’t always super swift, but the support is there and that’s more important to me.

Still no answer from Support Their feedback here on Trustpilot after my first review March 7th was: "Hi, If you have any question, please send email to us: (email address) Or, you can directly chat with us via Facebook: (link) We will reply you and help you solve the problem ASAP." I mailed them, but I still get no answer…

Purchased their Spotify converter but… Purchased their Spotify converter but could not cancel and their emails bounce back, seems like a con to me will have to go the chargeback route with my bank. Thank you for your response but one opportunity to cancel through an email is sorry not acceptable.
