TWthe sound quality is bad Although it said it's a lossless convert but the sound quality is pretty bad after I use tidal hifi to download, I tried another brand's converters before so I know what it should be sound like. would not recommend this converter if you want a high-quality lossless wav/aiff track.

GBI was blown away when I discovered… I was blown away when I discovered UkeySoft. CAHave been using it for the Tidal… Have been using it for the Tidal Streaming, just over one year. Highly recommend and very easy to use. The time to convert is very acceptable. There are no glitches or awkward issues and the interface looks exactly like Tidal. Go ahead and purchase it, you will not be disappointed. The support team promptly answered my billing question on an issue.

GBReally pleased Really pleased - Probably overkill as im only DJing my wedding with my mate but purchased the lifelong subscription and started converting tunes from Tidal to use with Rekordbox - I know I didn't need to convert to AIFF but I did and it sounds brilliant through the sound system. Emailed them once with a question and had a response next day.

GBHonestly I don’t regret investing in… Honestly I don’t regret investing in the app but most important part is the customer service led by Steven Jeam who was there to sort out the technical issue I had making sure to kept in touch with me as soon as possible. Worth every penny spent.
