GBAmazon Music Converter, arms race I purchased Ukeysoft's Amazon Music Converter lifetime licence in May 2023. It is important to note when buying such software you are participating in a digital arms race between the 'downloader' developer and the source website developers. There have been a couple of periods where the Am Converter has stopped working. The latest 'outage' which brought me here to Tpilot with a view to complaining was over 2 months! However, today Ukeysoft finally released an update which is working perfectly again. The support channel is rather intermittent in their responses which leads to uncertainty and frustration, I wish they would send progress updates to help alleviate this. However they did contact me by both email and messenger with the update release announcement. It is not cheap but it does work well, and Ukeysoft appear committed to keeping their product going. Improve your comms and you might earn that 5th star.

GBPurchased their Spotify converter but… Purchased their Spotify converter but could not cancel and their emails bounce back, seems like a con to me will have to go the chargeback route with my bank. Thank you for your response but one opportunity to cancel through an email is sorry not acceptable.

CAHave been using it for the Tidal… Have been using it for the Tidal Streaming, just over one year. Highly recommend and very easy to use. The time to convert is very acceptable. There are no glitches or awkward issues and the interface looks exactly like Tidal. Go ahead and purchase it, you will not be disappointed. The support team promptly answered my billing question on an issue.

PLproblems occured but solved the right way I have purchased the software and used it for some time. Then it stopped working. I did write an e-mail to more than one address and no reply was there. But then once somebody replied (long holiday) there was a good cooperation in order to fix the issue. I was just sending the log files and checking if it works. It took some time - but i do understand things are not fixed within finger click. After all i got my time extended and software is working ok. So happy with it. Thanks for help.

GBHonestly I don’t regret investing in… Honestly I don’t regret investing in the app but most important part is the customer service led by Steven Jeam who was there to sort out the technical issue I had making sure to kept in touch with me as soon as possible. Worth every penny spent.
