Also the support team is quite helpful with very prompt response to resolve unexpected issue of license key recognized that I encountered when I changed my PC even after 6months I bought and started using this software. I was blown away when I discovered… I was blown away when I discovered UkeySoft. It helped me restore all my Apple Music Playlist at a time when I had to reformat my hardrive whilst DJaying in Ibiza with no backup(Silly me). This software helped me a lot. I often listening songs with my iPod nano, but the iPod nano don't support Apple Music, because iPod nano likes other MP3 player, which haven’t Wifi. In additional, the Apple company does not offer Apple Music app for iPod. This software can help me convert the DRM-protected Apple songs, albums, playlists to common MP3 format, now I can play Apple Music songs freely on my iPod nano and Samsung mobile phone. Product works great, great customer service Product works great. When I switched to a new computer, the license did not work on my new MacBook (it was already activated on my old Mac). I requested a solution by mail and Ukeysoft responded within 12 hours and reset the license key for me to use it again. It works!
