ITLicense key assistance My computer broke and I lost the software I bought 2 years ago, but when I reinstalled it the license key no longer worked. I asked for assistance and the UkeySoft team solved the problem for me. Truly magnificent.

GBReally pleased Really pleased - Probably overkill as im only DJing my wedding with my mate but purchased the lifelong subscription and started converting tunes from Tidal to use with Rekordbox - I know I didn't need to convert to AIFF but I did and it sounds brilliant through the sound system. Emailed them once with a question and had a response next day.

PLproblems occured but solved the right way I have purchased the software and used it for some time. Then it stopped working. I did write an e-mail to more than one address and no reply was there. But then once somebody replied (long holiday) there was a good cooperation in order to fix the issue. I was just sending the log files and checking if it works. It took some time - but i do understand things are not fixed within finger click. After all i got my time extended and software is working ok. So happy with it. Thanks for help.

GBAmazing program Amazing program. Be nice if it skipped unavailable tracks in playlists, but apart from that, nothing comes close. Original old PC I had working as a music server puked and died, customer service were very helpful getting me a new key for my new computer.
