TRI have tried several other softwares, but none was ukeysoft I have tried several other softwares, some even got the song title and downloaded same titled songs from youtube :( Then I found ukeysoft and it works just as it is told. When it gets to working, it connects itunes and then goes over the song and viola the songs are in its converted folder. They are correct, high quality and can be played with other players

GBReally pleased Really pleased - Probably overkill as im only DJing my wedding with my mate but purchased the lifelong subscription and started converting tunes from Tidal to use with Rekordbox - I know I didn't need to convert to AIFF but I did and it sounds brilliant through the sound system. Emailed them once with a question and had a response next day.

GBGreat customer service I had difficulty with Ukeysoft Apple Music Converter and it kept throwing the message error occurred; Steven handled it and supplied step-by-step directions on how to fix it, and the problem is no longer a problem. Good customer service.

ITLicense key assistance My computer broke and I lost the software I bought 2 years ago, but when I reinstalled it the license key no longer worked. I asked for assistance and the UkeySoft team solved the problem for me. Truly magnificent.
