GBExcellent product supported by real people The Tunesbank software works really well and the support is given by real human beings (I recently changed computer and needed to deauthorise the app on the old one to enable it on the new one). I was considering dropping a star because communications weren’t always super swift, but the support is there and that’s more important to me.

JPGood product, Good support !! According to my evaluation among all those kinds of software, This is the best as converting speed is faster and data quality is higher. Also the support team is quite helpful with very prompt response to resolve unexpected issue of license key recognized that I encountered when I changed my PC even after 6months I bought and started using this software. As long as this kind of product and support is kept and well maintained, I strongly recommend this software.

GBAmazon Music Converter, arms race I purchased Ukeysoft's Amazon Music Converter lifetime licence in May 2023. It is important to note when buying such software you are participating in a digital arms race between the 'downloader' developer and the source website developers. There have been a couple of periods where the Am Converter has stopped working. The latest 'outage' which brought me here to Tpilot with a view to complaining was over 2 months! However, today Ukeysoft finally released an update which is working perfectly again. The support channel is rather intermittent in their responses which leads to uncertainty and frustration, I wish they would send progress updates to help alleviate this. However they did contact me by both email and messenger with the update release announcement. It is not cheap but it does work well, and Ukeysoft appear committed to keeping their product going. Improve your comms and you might earn that 5th star.

NLProduct works great, great customer service Product works great. When I switched to a new computer, the license did not work on my new MacBook (it was already activated on my old Mac). I requested a solution by mail and Ukeysoft responded within 12 hours and reset the license key for me to use it again. It works!

PLproblems occured but solved the right way I have purchased the software and used it for some time. Then it stopped working. I did write an e-mail to more than one address and no reply was there. But then once somebody replied (long holiday) there was a good cooperation in order to fix the issue. I was just sending the log files and checking if it works. It took some time - but i do understand things are not fixed within finger click. After all i got my time extended and software is working ok. So happy with it. Thanks for help.
