GBAmazing program Amazing program. Be nice if it skipped unavailable tracks in playlists, but apart from that, nothing comes close. Original old PC I had working as a music server puked and died, customer service were very helpful getting me a new key for my new computer.

GBThis is a great product and very easy… This is a great product and very easy to use. From time to time if I need some help I can email them and they are quick to respond. No issues with resolving my support requests too. Usually has to do with something simple like downloading a new version that I missed. Only request I would have is to speed up downloads and it seems they are working on that already. The latest version downloads faster than previous. Another request would be to allow me to label my files prior to the download.

NLProduct works great, great customer service Product works great. When I switched to a new computer, the license did not work on my new MacBook (it was already activated on my old Mac). I requested a solution by mail and Ukeysoft responded within 12 hours and reset the license key for me to use it again. It works!

GBAmazon Music Converter, arms race I purchased Ukeysoft's Amazon Music Converter lifetime licence in May 2023. It is important to note when buying such software you are participating in a digital arms race between the 'downloader' developer and the source website developers. There have been a couple of periods where the Am Converter has stopped working. The latest 'outage' which brought me here to Tpilot with a view to complaining was over 2 months! However, today Ukeysoft finally released an update which is working perfectly again. The support channel is rather intermittent in their responses which leads to uncertainty and frustration, I wish they would send progress updates to help alleviate this. However they did contact me by both email and messenger with the update release announcement. It is not cheap but it does work well, and Ukeysoft appear committed to keeping their product going. Improve your comms and you might earn that 5th star.
