This software helped me a lot. I often listening songs with my iPod nano, but the iPod nano don't support Apple Music, because iPod nano likes other MP3 player, which haven’t Wifi. In additional, the Apple company does not offer Apple Music app for iPod. This software can help me convert the DRM-protected Apple songs, albums, playlists to common MP3 format, now I can play Apple Music songs freely on my iPod nano and Samsung mobile phone. problems occured but solved the right way I have purchased the software and used it for some time. Then it stopped working. I did write an e-mail to more than one address and no reply was there. But then once somebody replied (long holiday) there was a good cooperation in order to fix the issue. I was just sending the log files and checking if it works. It took some time - but i do understand things are not fixed within finger click. After all i got my time extended and software is working ok. So happy with it. Thanks for help.

Purchased their Spotify converter but… Purchased their Spotify converter but could not cancel and their emails bounce back, seems like a con to me will have to go the chargeback route with my bank. Thank you for your response but one opportunity to cancel through an email is sorry not acceptable.

This is a great product and very easy… This is a great product and very easy to use. From time to time if I need some help I can email them and they are quick to respond. No issues with resolving my support requests too. Usually has to do with something simple like downloading a new version that I missed. Only request I would have is to speed up downloads and it seems they are working on that already. The latest version downloads faster than previous. Another request would be to allow me to label my files prior to the download.

Have been using it for the Tidal… Have been using it for the Tidal Streaming, just over one year. Highly recommend and very easy to use. The time to convert is very acceptable. There are no glitches or awkward issues and the interface looks exactly like Tidal. Go ahead and purchase it, you will not be disappointed. The support team promptly answered my billing question on an issue.
