GBGreat customer service I had difficulty with Ukeysoft Apple Music Converter and it kept throwing the message error occurred; Steven handled it and supplied step-by-step directions on how to fix it, and the problem is no longer a problem. Good customer service.

NLProduct works great, great customer service Product works great. When I switched to a new computer, the license did not work on my new MacBook (it was already activated on my old Mac). I requested a solution by mail and Ukeysoft responded within 12 hours and reset the license key for me to use it again. It works!

GBExcellent product supported by real people The Tunesbank software works really well and the support is given by real human beings (I recently changed computer and needed to deauthorise the app on the old one to enable it on the new one). I was considering dropping a star because communications weren’t always super swift, but the support is there and that’s more important to me.
