Reached out for support and they asked what was going on and after that I never heard from them again, You call number and nobody answers, I sent text with screen shots and still no response. Buy Your Microsoft Office Product Somewhere Else For Safety Company sells Microsoft Office products where they own the product license and sell you a seat on the license. In my case, I purchased the lifetime Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus For 5 Devices and I immediately setup the account only to realize, I didn't actually own the license and my data could disappear overnight. They said I coudl change the password and setup dual authentication but that doesn't change the fact that my relationship is controlled and managed by someone other than Microsoft. I also believe it is a violation of Microsoft's terms and conditions. I immediately requested a refund, which they granted a partial refund initially. They tried to hold some back as a license reset fee until I pushed back because as soon as I setup the account and realized that it wasn't a legitimate account ownership, I asked for a refund. Unfortunately, a questionable purchase was made on the card used to make this purchase which was a brand new number issued and has only been used to make this purchase. Proof of purchase was provided to Trustpilot to make this a verified purchase. Business will harrass you and make unwarranted threats which is outside of a professional business. Buyer beware!
