My Issue was fixed You do get an instant download, but directions are confusing a little. Reached out for support and they asked what was going on and after that I never heard from them again, You call number and nobody answers, I sent text with screen shots and still no response. Do not buy from them. (UPDATE: They reached out helped)

MS Office 365 I have purchased Office 365 plus and the account works very well on 2 PCs. But remember to use the promotion code for 10%off at the first time (I forgot to use lol)..

Mac from customer service is king Mac from customer service helped me when I bought the Office 365 21 key and was having trouble installing it. They were able to hop on and remotely take over, dug into the root cause which took 10-15 mins and helped me throughout the entire process. Do not be worried one bit to buy your keys for this website. 10/10!

Superb customer service! I accidentally bought the Windows version (I was used to not checking, I've only had a Mac for 4 days so far). I contacted the email they provided at the bottom of my order confirmation, and I was instantly helped and wasn't charged the extra $5 difference even if it was absolutely my fault. Customer service is superb, and I struggle to find situations where something could go wrong anyway. Very satisfied!
