USgood report and easy to understand Good site. 1 slight annoying ad a little tricky - the ad with $228 for 1 year subscription. I couldn't tell if I had to click "agree" or decline" since I really only wanted my Report at this time. I had to guess "decline" and I finally got my report!

USperfectly simple :) i'd just like to thank you, for making it so easy to find everything I needed to know about this property. Information I wasn't even thinking about, but now I'm very happy to know. I will most defiantly be using this site again.

USThis place is a scam! I am giving a two star because I did get a refund. I used this company for the first time. When the report was generated I was charged $1.00 for the report. The next day I had a $14.95 charge on my debit card. I contacted customer service and was told that I had selected a button for $14.95 that enrolled me in a $14.95 per month volume discount. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! In fact, my fiancée was looking over my shoulder when I placed the order and neither of us saw any indication of a charge other than the $1.00 charge. To ensure that my fiancée and I did not make a mistake, I used the web site to run reports two more times (without actually paying the dollar again) and NOWHERE is there a button to select for a volume discount, and NOWHERE does it mention $14.95 for anything! Now I find that the company is attempting to have a legitimate review removed! I find it very disconcerting that within 3 hours of posting a negative review the company (Propertyvaluelookup) had it removed by claiming that it was not legitimate. I have proof that I in fact did place an order in the emails that propertyvaluelookup sent to me following my order. I also have a copy of the online chat with customer service, as well as the charge to my debit card. Now I understand why only "good reviews" are listed on trustpilot.

USWhere were you before I listed my house for sale! Wish I had used this 5 months ago, before I paid $400 for an appraisal, and gave listing to a realtor without such number crunching skills. Wonder if appraisers and realtors are shaking in their shoes? Love the HomeStandings Score and data on which it is arrived at. $1 is a steal to try it out but still that should have been posted upfront. I don't like offer of Premium Access at $180/year buried in the middle of getting my report. Hope $1 means $1 for my first and only report on my home, and that I haven't given authorization at all, at any point to PropertyValueLookup.com to rip me off. Should [external reference] get the credit instead? Love Trustpilot way of guarding reviews and making sure I'm a legit consumer.

USThe report I recieved really helped me understand the value of my home. This is a very helpful website , especially for someone that is looking for property value asap. The forms are easy to fill out and not difficult at all.
