Where were you before I listed my house for sale! Wish I had used this 5 months ago, before I paid $400 for an appraisal, and gave listing to a realtor without such number crunching skills. I don't like offer of Premium Access at $180/year buried in the middle of getting my report. Hope $1 means $1 for my first and only report on my home, and that I haven't given authorization at all, at any point to PropertyValueLookup.com to rip me off. Should [external reference] get the credit instead? Love Trustpilot way of guarding reviews and making sure I'm a legit consumer.
