HRWorks great! WebWork works great, I use it for about three months and I'm very satisfied. I track my working time and my employee's time. I charge my clients based on a monthly report. Also, my client has his own (limited) access so he can control the time and his expenses.

It is a desktop app which tracks your teams' working hours and has many other helpful features. It is a great tool for freelancers and teams of any size. I use it with my team consists of 10 people.
