GBMore than a job tracker I like that it helps me keep track of jobs and applications in one place. The work styles insights are educational. I feel informed and prepared during my job search.

GBThe Cure for Job-hunting Burnout This app and its Chrome plug-in are pretty much the only thing that are keeping me from feeling completely overwhelmed by my job search. With all the talk about automated applicant tracking systems, it's more important than ever to fine-tune your resume for each individual job posting, which is a snap with Teal. I highly recommend it to anyone who's ever felt swamped by the hundreds of submissions it takes to get hired these days.

CAUp to 4 from 3.5 Great AI needs work on Import, and Workflow up from 3.5 to 4 - It has some nice features but there are still some very painful bits. I've paid for the service. 1) FIXED - In the wonderful world of ATS. They make you upload a resume and then they make you copy and paste all the same fields into their form - Teal NOW supports this painful stupidity yet. 2) Resume importing. An almost pointless effort. The only way to get your data into the app is manually one bullet point at a time. copy and paste. 3) Workflow is a little odd and not particularly helpful. When I add a job from a web site I should be able to go to the new resume and have it linked to the job. Why do I have to flip between forms and search? 4) The keyword finder can't manage to recognize synonyms or the difference between SaaS and SAAS for example 5) You aren't providing constructive help in tailoring the resume for the job. (big opportunity for improvement here). The cover letter does it but the resume builder doesn't. BUT / AND - AI elements are shockingly good. You need to read and edit the suggestion but the output based on the job description and resume is very well done. This is the killer feature.

GBSaves you a ton of time to keep the job hunt organized I've used both the paid and free version of Teal. The browser extension is the primary reason why their service is so helpful to job seekers. With a simple click you can add a job you're interested in and track your progress with these jobs as you apply, interview, etc. Even the free version is very very helpful.

GBReferral system isn't trustworthy They promised that they give free credits to our referrals. I have a good developer community on X which has 23k people. And shared my referral link and people came to their system and registered after my recommendation. In first day, I noticed that their referral system working wrong. And sent them a support request with screenshots. They came back to me with template answers. And in another email I explained things about missing referrals. They told that "We'll look" there is many missing referrals and here is latest view. There is 11 referrals + 2 under title. Which means 5x2 credits ($9) but they didn't applied those credits to my account, I still have 13 x $9 (Each one means 1 week free usage) I have many screenshots but they don't care about. UPDATE: I have many screenshots and as a Software Engineer I explained them in details. They ignored my report. So their response isn't a real response today. Just logged in to my account. There is 14 referrals waiting which means almost 3 x $9 credits. But only waiting. They removed more than 50 referrals by that method.
