Teal is far superior to all other job management platforms Teal is not only the best Job Search and Tracking platform, it is one of the best pieces of software that I've ever used. From the beautiful design, easy on-boarding, and smooth workflows, to the integrations and exhaustive feature set that addresses anything and everything their user needs and wants. As a job seeker, Teal saves hours of my time each week. It reduces the complexity of simultaneously managing the job search/capture/tracking workflows, managing documents (e.g. resume building and targeted versioning as well as cover letters and email templates), managing company and interviewer research, managing contacts and follow-up, and updating LinkedIn and other social profiles. Teal walks you through every step of the way with ingenious use of AI, educating you on best practices and providing all the tools needed for high caliber execution of the end-to-end job hunting journey. With Teal, I am confident that I'm putting my best foot forward to land my dream opportunity.

Teal+ can be trusted. Still needs to iron out things though. Product (teal+) is attempting to embrace 'new way you can craft resume', now with AI. 1. Needs much better input from users as UI is sub-par (feels like a spreadsheet versus inspiring creativity). 2. AI embedded is good, not a wow. Claude (free) is significantly better. 3. Teal+ is ONLY product that allows you to view the keyword match of the JD. That is critical so I could determine efficacy of the machine learning based on the context of the JD. It missed a bit but still was better than anything else. Ideally you could custom the result. ie. missed impact of SaaS context in risk management. Why gave 3 star. 4. Unlike Claude, no ability to upload my past job written references + JD + company values (Claude's ver1 resume was excellent). Add in prompts of avoid cringe words (group), use x formulae for measure results, Claude's ver2 result (astounding). Teal+ has measurable result formuale mechanics the BEST for all the platforms I tested. Makes enhancvPRO capability look clunky. 5. no ability to output direct to workable (with suggestions) (recruitment systems are, the new gatekeepers in resume processes and workable is particularly nasty as bits of your resume get dropped) 6. Would like to see checklists and tests against checklist. Their checklists are good, but one tends to know more specifics for the JD context if they have been working for a few years. Let users adapt to their context. 7. 4 stars as even with these product limitations, their support was genuine, real. No fluff or annoying marketing over promises. Thankyou.

After only one week, I saw results! I have been searching for my next career for months now, with hardly any movement. I started using Teal, and after only a few days, I was getting positive responses and job offers. I am over the moon with the information and help this product has offered me. I definitely have a better frame of mind as it pertains to this career search!

Up to 4 from 3.5 Great AI needs work on Import, and Workflow up from 3.5 to 4 - It has some nice features but there are still some very painful bits. I've paid for the service. 1) FIXED - In the wonderful world of ATS. They make you upload a resume and then they make you copy and paste all the same fields into their form - Teal NOW supports this painful stupidity yet. 2) Resume importing. An almost pointless effort. The only way to get your data into the app is manually one bullet point at a time. copy and paste. 3) Workflow is a little odd and not particularly helpful. When I add a job from a web site I should be able to go to the new resume and have it linked to the job. Why do I have to flip between forms and search? 4) The keyword finder can't manage to recognize synonyms or the difference between SaaS and SAAS for example 5) You aren't providing constructive help in tailoring the resume for the job. (big opportunity for improvement here). The cover letter does it but the resume builder doesn't. BUT / AND - AI elements are shockingly good. You need to read and edit the suggestion but the output based on the job description and resume is very well done. This is the killer feature.

Easy to use and helpful for my job… Easy to use and helpful for my job search. So far it doesn’t seem compatible on iPhone which would be my next request to make it seamless across devices and apps. But the desktop chrome plugin is great!
