GBI found go light stream years ago and… I found go light stream years ago and while they were free and had issues. But I kept coming back to check on them and their progress, and finally they are stable and working. I tested and decided we'd pay for their monthly service to use with our podcast. 5 min into a chat with their customer service, one of their reps answered a question about using their service and mentioned something else I could use to achieve what I wanted. I asked if he could point me in the direction of a tutorial or something that could help with that and he said basically I could google it after telling me a few times (though I had told him I understood what he was saying) they didn't make the software he was referring to. If you have a paying customer, you don't EVER tell them to google it. If I can't get your software to work, then I don't use it, no pay and therefore no company no job. Even further when I mentioned it on their social media, they still would not apologize. So disappointed in them. I had people there when it was FREE actually share Youtube links, even though I didn't ask. Why now it was met with snark and passive-aggressiveness when I was ready to pay, makes no sense.

GBAmazing for console streamers. -

GBLightstream user of 2+ years! Amazing! I've used Lightstream for over 2 years and have had only positive experiences. I stream to Twitch, using just my Xbox and headset, but people ALL THE TIME think I have an expensive PC setup because I have nice overlays, alerts, and visual events that users can trigger from chat! Lightstream allows me to do more with my stream to tell my story to my audience from any setup. I have even used it to stream mobile games from my phone! The cloud-hosted nature of Lightstream takes all the pressure off needing to buy more-tech (I haven't had to buy a PC or Capture Card!) as the solution to wanting to show my audience game-guides/patch-notes on a webpage, watch the newest video game release-trailer together, or just cat videos, while I'm playing and streaming from console. I've never had an issue with up-time. And I'm able to edit my overlays from any laptop, anywhere (even the library)! I really enjoy that I can just hit "broadcast" on my Xbox console and Lightstream will apply the overlays, then either switch scenes from my phone or laptop. When/if I don't have either of those available, I can set a single scene with all my alerts and gameplay as my auto-live screen, then just hit "live" and it's all there! So it works either way. The few times I needed a little help, the support team has always had fast and easy answers for me. 5/5 for both service and innovation! I'm thankful to be able to have a high quality stream that allows me to thank and interact with my audience even more with overlays, using just my Xbox Console, Headset, and Lightstream services!

BDI came to know Lightstream a few months… I came to know Lightstream a few months ago. After some tests, I started using it to do live production very easily for events where I was not physically present. It has a good feature, where you can input an RTMP source and do production on the go. I was really happy. Yesterday, I had another event like that where I was not physically present. After finishing setting up all the overlays, logo, promo video on lightstream for hours, I was waiting for going live. And Bam! Live not starting on lightstream. I hurriedly tried to contact support and found they are offline now. Then after a long 20 minutes delay I had to go live by purchasing another service, which only does raw live. On the same day, lighstream supports replied and told me they had a server issue. And that's just it! They don't have any redundant server and I won't know when it will work or not. And if don't work, you just have bite your finger.

GBLightstream is a must have for any console streamer Lightstream is a must have for any console gamer that is looking for a solution to have all of the overlays and alerts in your stream without the expensive production computer. We wish this was a solution when PS4 launched, we would have been a customer day 1!!!
