Staff is usually rather speedy, and any of the problems I've had over my years experience with them have been solved within one or two ticket replies. My latest ticket relating to slab storage was solved just by submitting a ticket, and I didn't have to do anything else besides reboot afterwards.

9 Crashes I began using buyvm.net in 8/21. They were good. on 6/20/23, my server crashed. I thought it was disk corruption. It happened 8 more times after that. They said it was a hardware switch. They admit to the problem but will only provide credits, no refunds. My clients' websites were down a lot. Made me look really bad. I wish they'd communicated w/me to tell me there was a problem, & I wish they'd provide a refund, because I don't intend to stay & use credits.

Do not trust this service. A person using their service was committing fraud and stealing my banking information. Their response was that they don't care. If you see an IP address associated with their service make sure you work with you bank to block it. Also contacting the .ca domain authority to file a complaint against this domain.

Low price but great performance and support I have been using Frantech for many years to host several websites. Although the prices are low, I'm very impressed with the performance and support. For example, last week I created an FTP account and wrote a program to delete files on a website and then upload new files to it. I was stuck when specifying the host name which was not recognized by Windows 11's FTP.exe. I opened a ticket with Frantech support and the solution came within 8 hours. My program was up and running afterward. Thank you Fran.
