Lawn Care recommendations The response time of the Lawn service advisor was faster than I expected it to be. Within 12 hours, I was given two companies in my area and then those two called me within 24 hours. My work was completed within the week.

Great service but with significant delays... I contacted the guy on 5/23/2017 as I was about to get a ticket for over grown grass. The guy stated that he will cut grass the next day on 5/24/2017 because the lawn is wet due to rain. He failed to do so. He did not respond to my calls/text messages while not doing his job as promised. On Friday 5/26/2017, he sent me a one line text message stating that he will cut the grass and send me photos of his work on the same day. Unfortunately, he again failed to do so and failed to answer my calls and text messages until the next day, 7:40PM on 05/27/2017. He did the job 5 days after my initial call. It was kind of nightmare.

For the contractor it can get very expensive My knowledge about the service advisor is that contractors get charged for the service and most companies will cover that charge within their bids for service. The contractor that doesn't get the job still gets charged and this is the complaint I get from the some of the contractors. I had one that was forwarded to me that the contractors location was over an hour away from my location. They didn't even service my area. He was willing to do the job but he honestly stated that location charge would most likely be applied to my bill. The person I did hire I knew. He was very local and by being so was able to use his contacts with suppliers to get better pricing to keep the job costs down.

Lawn Service Advisor was a lifesaver… Lawn Service Advisor was a lifesaver for me when our neighborhood mowing service advised our Architectural Committee that they were selling their business and would no longer be taking care of our lawns. Since the growing season was fast approaching, we needed to find a replacement quickly. I went online and came across Lawn Service Advisor where I entered my requirements. Within minutes I received information about J&J Yardworks. Within five minutes of contacting them, I received a call back and they agreed to meet with me in 20 minutes. Needless to say, I was very impressed with their response time and they arrived right when they said they would. I liked Josh and James, the owners, immediately and they are now our new lawn care company. I don’t know what I would have done without Lawn Service Advisor. They made our search so easy because the vetting was done by them. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others searching for lawn care providers.
