I'm glad I found this app!!!! UPDATE! Have i got an update for you! One that has made my entire month! I just got off the phone with Jared (my account manager) and he explained to me the reasons why my account had been overlooked. It was one of the most apologetic, sincere conversations I've had in a while. Not only did he address all of my concerns, he was able to pay off the rest of my credit card! I never expected them to do so, but this gesture is beyond anything, any company has ever done for me. This app is straight trash This app is straight trash! They didn’t negotiate anything for me and my id verification had been pending for a month. After way too many emails, still not a single response. Don’t waste your time referring anyone either, because it will also never verify them to get the $25.
