Best customer service and help with my loans The process was very easy overall, I was able to cut my debt by $5028 and everything was smooth and fast. I really appreciated that they also helped me out with a small loan to get my car fixed even though my credit score is not that great. The app takes a little bit of time to get used to and I had a few questions about the service at first but their customer service was very helpful and even gave me a call to walk me through everything. I feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders with this new plan

A Bunch of Frauds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people are a bunch of Con Artists. I could not give a negative rating. They first tell me they are going to issue a loan but do not know how long it will take since the person was talking with did not know how they sent the money. Then overnight I get an email accusing me a fraud and that they could not verify my bank account. They suggested I open a new checking account. Stay away from them FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very happy paying off my debt I like the service so far, the app’s really helped me manage my debt for almost a year. I paid 3 chase credit cards off and my credit score is way up but I’m really hoping they can help me dispute 2 other accounts from capital one and an agency called portfolio recovery that’s not mine that I keep getting calls for… I was victim of identity fraud and they’ve been helping me. The process was simple and the calls already stopped, now they’re making sure the account is removed from my credit report!
