Excellent Support Team We have been working with Blesta for our new startup and Paul has been really good support of us to set up the complete platform. I really appreciate his efforts and prompt response to help us in every way it was possible for him.

Blesta is awesome & multiple business billing system!! Excellent!!. I would recommend Blesta to anyone and already doing it. Blesta - Its easy to setup and modular. - Features such as "Company Add on" & "license manager" are really nice. - Manage multiple company in one install is really cool features. - Excellent support. Been using Blesta since 2016 Been using Blesta since 2016. The tech support is fantastic. Either by chat. by phone or email. The community forum is VERY helpful as well. In fact, I have personally posted several, useful tips and tricks within the "Contribute" section of the forums area. I am especially happy that more upgrades and features have been coming more frequently over the last few months. Keep up the hard work. Thanks.

Great Software, Great Company First off, great software! It's actively developed with excellent support via email or Discord with a great community. They'll take your ideas into consideration for future releases. Best of all, it's cheap and reliable. While it's not as feature-rich as some competitors, I appreciate the work you guys have done. The least bad billing and ticket support software :) Unlike most other alternatives I've tried, Blesta team does seem to care about the users and fix any noted bugs. It's not perfect, UI/UX and tutorials/docummentation could use some improvement, but it works, has modules to cover practically any use-case, great community support, and the further development seems to be moving in the right direction. Great technical support too. I've never received an "all-works-on-our-end-bug-off" answer. The bottom line is: I haven't regretted choosing this software for my business. It does the job, and it's good.
