Been using Blesta since 2016 Been using Blesta since 2016. The tech support is fantastic. Either by chat. by phone or email. The community forum is VERY helpful as well. In fact, I have personally posted several, useful tips and tricks within the "Contribute" section of the forums area. I am especially happy that more upgrades and features have been coming more frequently over the last few months. Keep up the hard work. Thanks.

I have been using Blesta since 2010 and… I have been using Blesta since 2010 and can say it's been reliable software for billing my clients. I don't use many of the features it has to offer, but I do use the billing portion of it. This is where it shines. Hundreds of my clients have used this system and I haven't gotten one complaint or question on how to use it. I have asked for support a few times when upgrading the software or moving servers and the support was good. I just submitted a ticket earlier today and got an almost instant response with a solution to my problem. Recommend!

Best Billing Platform! Blesta is the best billing platform out there. Wouldn't recommend any other platform. It sets itself apart by being 99% open source allowing you to modify and use it in ways that wouldn't be possible on other platforms. Definitely recommend!

The support is very bad The software itself is fine, the problem comes when you go to their support, in which, they help you, not only very late, but also the solutions they give you are insufficient or do not work, you ask something you do not understand and in my case they laughed at me, not only users, but also part of the staff and embarrassed me and told me to leave these things to other people who do understand it, I use this software by necessity, as soon as I can switch to WHMCS, I will do it without thinking, terrible experience.

The only billing software for me The only billing software for me! Having switched a while back, I was terrified at first! Working in a new admin area is a daunting prospect. Every single question has been answered by technically capable people - which is why I moved to blesta to begin with! Takes a little getting used to, but once you get used to it you realise things are placed logically and they aren't just fitting functions around ad space.... sorry I mean valuable partner deals 😝 In the time I've been a member, I've been made to feel valued as a customer! Things are advancing pretty quickly! There's new features/plugins to try out regularly! I'm yet to have an update break everything as well which is a novel concept in general last 10 years! Blesta just works, the billing aspect is levels above anything on the market right now! Thanks Paul, Mike, Jono and Abdy for all your help!
