Been using Blesta since 2016 Been using Blesta since 2016. The tech support is fantastic. Either by chat. by phone or email. The community forum is VERY helpful as well. In fact, I have personally posted several, useful tips and tricks within the "Contribute" section of the forums area. Best Billing Platform! Blesta is the best billing platform out there. Wouldn't recommend any other platform. It sets itself apart by being 99% open source allowing you to modify and use it in ways that wouldn't be possible on other platforms. Definitely recommend!
