The normal servers had trouble with the connection, some of them worked for a short while and got blocked after that. The server in Frankfurt (Germany) was working most of the time. But due to the bypass server i had no problem and a fast connection. The customer support answers within hours and the communication is comfortable wih a chat on the website or email. If you get the Vpn for China you should tell them about your plans.

Great support, great service, should definitely use it! Kind support staff and quick to respond (when they're awake, they are humans after all). They've fixed any bugs I've found almost instantly and it's cheap. What's not to love? I would definitely recommend this service to anyone - it's simply brilliant.
