Great support, great service, should definitely use it! Kind support staff and quick to respond (when they're awake, they are humans after all). They've fixed any bugs I've found almost instantly and it's cheap. What's not to love? I would definitely recommend this service to anyone - it's simply brilliant.

I searched for a VPN for China in… I searched for a VPN for China in October 2023. AstroVPN delivered a special bypass server for china and it worked all the tine i used it. The normal servers had trouble with the connection, some of them worked for a short while and got blocked after that. The server in Frankfurt (Germany) was working most of the time. But due to the bypass server i had no problem and a fast connection. The customer support answers within hours and the communication is comfortable wih a chat on the website or email. If you get the Vpn for China you should tell them about your plans.

Looks like a scam company Looks like a scam company. I encountered issues connecting to the VPN and attempted to contact customer service multiple times without receiving any response. Based on my observations, there appears to be only one individual handling customer inquiries. My vacation in China concludes in one month, and unfortunately, I have been unable to establish a VPN connection throughout my stay.

The Greatest VPN Yet After purchasing the service, I was immediately given access and had dozens of locations to choose from. The software that they use is OpenVPN, which on it's own allows essentially any device to connect to their servers. Their VPN automatically has a content block for ads and other malware-based content which is super useful for making sure no one is tracking you. And all considering that the price for all this is only $4 a month, this VPN is a steal! Customer support is held via Discord and email, with their Discord support team being able to respond in under 5 minutes! Out of all the VPNs I've tried and tested with, none has been as good as this service. 11/10, super recommend!
