There were no issues setting up my profile and the support team responded quickly to ensure that I had a seamless experience. For a while I was struggling to find a VPN service that would work while I was traveling in China, but there were no blockers using AstroVPN there. Very reliable connection and solid internet speed.

Awesome VPN provider It's all to set up yourself. That's pretty easy. Then the connection works perfectly to every provided vpn location. The only problem is the slow internet speed which on the one hand allows you to stream videos but on the other hand disallows you to quickly download a video. It just takes too long.

Top tier VPN AstroVPN has to be the best VPN service out there. The support has been great with excellent transparency about what's going on behind the scenes. The speeds on the VPN have been great and the wide variety of locations is a nice convenience to have.

Looks like a scam company Looks like a scam company. I encountered issues connecting to the VPN and attempted to contact customer service multiple times without receiving any response. Based on my observations, there appears to be only one individual handling customer inquiries. My vacation in China concludes in one month, and unfortunately, I have been unable to establish a VPN connection throughout my stay.
