The people behind the company are very receptive to feedback and concerns, a luxury which I have not yet experienced elsewhere. AstroVPN is the great for bypassing censorship I'm so glad to be one of the early users of AstroVPN. I live in a country with the highest internet censorship and most VPNs I've tried do not work, except for AstroVPN. It works every time and I have no trouble accessing the open and free internet. The customer support is also very good and they helped me set up my connection step-by-step.

The product didn't work The product didn't work. Support wasn't helpful. They were unprofessional and took many days for a simple request.

Cheap / Great VPN Although this VPN doesn't have as many options as some of the more mainstream VPN options, it is about 3x cheaper then any other alternatives out there and they have a great staff-team / reliable up-time. Also since this vpn is a little smaller than the competition its able to bypass a lot of the "VPN-blockers" on a variety of different services. Definitely recommend using this VPN if you are looking for something affordable.

Reliable and Accessible Service in China Overall I am very happy with my AstroVPN subscription. There were no issues setting up my profile and the support team responded quickly to ensure that I had a seamless experience. For a while I was struggling to find a VPN service that would work while I was traveling in China, but there were no blockers using AstroVPN there. Very reliable connection and solid internet speed.
