Great support, great service, should definitely use it! Kind support staff and quick to respond (when they're awake, they are humans after all). They've fixed any bugs I've found almost instantly and it's cheap. What's not to love? I would definitely recommend this service to anyone - it's simply brilliant.

Reliable and Accessible Service in China Overall I am very happy with my AstroVPN subscription. There were no issues setting up my profile and the support team responded quickly to ensure that I had a seamless experience. For a while I was struggling to find a VPN service that would work while I was traveling in China, but there were no blockers using AstroVPN there. Very reliable connection and solid internet speed.

The people behind the company are very receptive to feedback and concerns, a luxury which I have not yet experienced elsewhere. Looks like a scam company Looks like a scam company. I encountered issues connecting to the VPN and attempted to contact customer service multiple times without receiving any response. Based on my observations, there appears to be only one individual handling customer inquiries. My vacation in China concludes in one month, and unfortunately, I have been unable to establish a VPN connection throughout my stay.
