GBBest Service I don't know what the other people be thinking but i have not had any problems with this hosting provider. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a hosting provider.

GBI joined Rapid as one of the first… I joined Rapid as one of the first clients in January 2023, I've got to give credit where credit is due. I have absolutely no complaints with the services I've been purchasing and maintaining monthly from Rapid. They've provided exceptional support with all the issues I've run into. There've been some bumps in the road as Rapid is a newer hosting provider. Though, they're quick to fix any issues internally, and externally and improve whereas any newer provider coming into this field should do. I've spent years with other providers, from mainstream to small start-ups. I've never had more of a stress-free experience using Rapid. From NFOServers to Zap Hosting, to even mainstream global providers such as OVH Cloud. There are many guides provided for newer server owners and even seasoned owners. There is always someone to help, whether it be community-based help, or help directly from support. Take it how you want, consider all the key factors, and ultimately the choice is yours. But from my personal experience, I love it here.

GBGreat team that really does support you… Great team that really does support you in every way possible. We have had little problems at all, and when we did have a slight problem (caused by us) the team at rapid hosting, answered our ticket within minutes. It’s hard to find that kinda service now a days.

GBDoesnt abide by their own policy. To begin this, the service while using Rapid Hosting was great, which is the reason it's not getting a 1 star. The reason for this low rating is more because of their failure to abide by their own policy. I created a customer support ticket requesting a refund as I made the mistake of forgetting to cancel a subscription beforehand, ensuring I was following the refund policy on their website. The TOS states the following: "If over 24 hours we are not going to be giving a refund. If service is broken in a way. If service is down for more than 24 hours If your service does not meet these requirements, we will not give a refund." After creating a ticket I was told I couldnt be given a refund as their policy on refunds was apparently changed, which took them a week after the ticket was created to even mention. I continued about the TOS until they offered me store credit, which was useless as I cancelled the subscription for a reason. The ticket was eventually closed and to this day the policy hasn't been "updated". In conclusion, I lost my money due to the company not following their own policies and TOS.
