I joined Rapid as one of the first… I joined Rapid as one of the first clients in January 2023, I've got to give credit where credit is due. I have absolutely no complaints with the services I've been purchasing and maintaining monthly from Rapid. They've provided exceptional support with all the issues I've run into. There've been some bumps in the road as Rapid is a newer hosting provider. Though, they're quick to fix any issues internally, and externally and improve whereas any newer provider coming into this field should do. I've spent years with other providers, from mainstream to small start-ups. I've never had more of a stress-free experience using Rapid. From NFOServers to Zap Hosting, to even mainstream global providers such as OVH Cloud. There are many guides provided for newer server owners and even seasoned owners. There is always someone to help, whether it be community-based help, or help directly from support. Take it how you want, consider all the key factors, and ultimately the choice is yours. But from my personal experience, I love it here.
