GBGreat bells and whistles; needs some more basics. Tech support follow-up is great. They take feature requests into consideration, and oft put out polls on their Facebook page to see what users may be interested in. Lots of "simple" things that the program does not do at all or not do well that are so common to the practice of law, such as a tickler or being able to print a task list or the day's calendar. These very basics of long standing practice/practice management should be conquered before going for more bells and whistles. But again, great people who are still putting together a good program.

GBThey always respond to my requests. The owner and the staff are super responsive and helpful. They are open to new ideas and are constantly updating, upgrading, and adding features. A great mix of a Law Practice Management tool and a Marketing too.

GBI like the software I like the software, but I am waiting for further refinement to take place. I love that it has a lead management component. The customer service is great, they are very responsive and attentive. I am still considering it.

GB10/10 would recommend! The Lawcus CRM has been an amazing efficiency tool for our law firm. It's helped us do twice the work in half the time! It's easy to integrate with other services, and the staff is very communicative and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
