This is a very user friendly system for… This is a very user friendly system for law firms. The interface is great and it has a lot of potential to be adapted to your needs as the lawcus people are attentive to your comments and suggestions. So far my experience has been very positive, a few bugs here and there, but nothing major that isn't fixed. Improvements are coming and its a great all in one tool

Great bells and whistles; needs some more basics. Tech support follow-up is great. They take feature requests into consideration, and oft put out polls on their Facebook page to see what users may be interested in. Lots of "simple" things that the program does not do at all or not do well that are so common to the practice of law, such as a tickler or being able to print a task list or the day's calendar. These very basics of long standing practice/practice management should be conquered before going for more bells and whistles. But again, great people who are still putting together a good program.

Simple Simple, easy to learn, and extremely customer service focused.

I like the software I like the software, but I am waiting for further refinement to take place. I love that it has a lead management component. The customer service is great, they are very responsive and attentive. I am still considering it.
