Hello Ma'am or Sir Hello Ma'am or Sir, The product I remember and have used for years as well as recommending it to others is a long lost dream. This last batch that I bought has dropped in quality tremendously. A product that I remembered as being thick in texture, rich and pungent in smell and flavor, pure in color with the consistency of molasses is now reduced to.... Well I am at a loss for words. It's really sad that people sell out and cut corners. WOW! UNBELIEVABLE! BUT WHAT ELSE IS NEW.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I sent emails inquiring about my order because I've never ordered from this site before. I never received a response to any of the emails, no notification of my package being processed or sent when it was sent out. Not sure if this is even authentic JBCO made in Jamaica because the shipping label says NY and now I'm stuck with three bottles. I'm going to try the oil out see how it is. I mainly want to use it for castor oil compresses.

I'm used to buying from this store I'm used to buying from this store. Really love the product for my locs and the owner is wonderful. Excellent service, shipping time and product. A win all around.

Authentic Rich Thick Oil Authentic, thick, rich black castor oil. I order for my family all the time. All other castor oils don't have the smell or level of thickness this one has. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle. Please don't ever dilute the oil or mix with other ingredients.
