The correspondence was great when I made a mistake and said I have received my merchandise I mistakenly pushed the wrong key and I got in touch with them they immediately respond and I greatly appreciate that they assured me that my package was on the way with no problem. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I sent emails inquiring about my order because I've never ordered from this site before. I never received a response to any of the emails, no notification of my package being processed or sent when it was sent out. Not sure if this is even authentic JBCO made in Jamaica because the shipping label says NY and now I'm stuck with three bottles. I'm going to try the oil out see how it is. I mainly want to use it for castor oil compresses.
