GBI would have given this 5 stars except… I would have given this 5 stars except that I anticipated the second order would be sent with the first order, as was implied by the email from the company I received shortly after my initial order. The result was that I ended up paying the shipping charge on the second order, even tho it was placed within the timeframe implied by the email. Otherwise, both orders were received in a timely manner. They will be given as gifts so I can't yet speak to their effectiveness.

GBi have been working on making as much… i have been working on making as much as possible chemical free in my family. these copper plates are great! easy to use, attractive and fit right in being chemical free! The customer service is fantastic too -- friendly, professional AND quick to resolve issues. I am a repeat customer -- for a reason not a necessity. love these!!!
