I would have given this 5 stars except… I would have given this 5 stars except that I anticipated the second order would be sent with the first order, as was implied by the email from the company I received shortly after my initial order. The result was that I ended up paying the shipping charge on the second order, even tho it was placed within the timeframe implied by the email. Otherwise, both orders were received in a timely manner. They will be given as gifts so I can't yet speak to their effectiveness.

Stay Well Copper Is Very Conscientious My original order was not correct and I let Stay Well Copper (SWC) know it, and not very nicely. SWC seemed truly mortified that they had made a mistake. They not only promptly corrected the mistake, but they also sent me a couple of things I did not order and did not even charge me for those items. I was very surprised about their response and will consider ordering from them again and I highly recommend SWC's products. Thanks Stay Well Copper!!!

I still have not received my order I still have not received my order. It is perhaps still at customs inspection, but this slow is not common these days and I realize that is not your fault. I'll change my assessment depending on whether I get it or not! I am happily surprised you went to the trouble of tracking the delivery for me. I gave up after the arrival at LA and no change for four days. Again that’s not your fault, I know. I just kept thinking “Any day now!” and in that mode I answered the first email asking for a review. Actually, I still haven’t received it, but at least I know it has arrived on my side of the Pacific! So I will revise my review. 5 Stars for stellar investigative tracking on my behalf. i have been working on making as much… i have been working on making as much as possible chemical free in my family. these copper plates are great! easy to use, attractive and fit right in being chemical free! The customer service is fantastic too -- friendly, professional AND quick to resolve issues. I am a repeat customer -- for a reason not a necessity. love these!!!
