Above and Beyond Customer Service I love my Staywell Copper products! I went to order another roller and needed it for an upcoming vacation. I contacted Staywell Copper about an express delivery and they got right on it and made sure I received my copper roller in time. I am a very satisfied customer!

I would have given this 5 stars except… I would have given this 5 stars except that I anticipated the second order would be sent with the first order, as was implied by the email from the company I received shortly after my initial order. The result was that I ended up paying the shipping charge on the second order, even tho it was placed within the timeframe implied by the email. Otherwise, both orders were received in a timely manner. They will be given as gifts so I can't yet speak to their effectiveness.

I still have not received my order I still have not received my order. It is perhaps still at customs inspection, but this slow is not common these days and I realize that is not your fault. I'll change my assessment depending on whether I get it or not! I am happily surprised you went to the trouble of tracking the delivery for me. I gave up after the arrival at LA and no change for four days. Again that’s not your fault, I know. I just kept thinking “Any day now!” and in that mode I answered the first email asking for a review. Actually, I still haven’t received it, but at least I know it has arrived on my side of the Pacific! So I will revise my review. 5 Stars for stellar investigative tracking on my behalf.
