The customer service is fantastic too -- friendly, professional AND quick to resolve issues. I am a repeat customer -- for a reason not a necessity. love these!!!

I still have not received my order I still have not received my order. It is perhaps still at customs inspection, but this slow is not common these days and I realize that is not your fault. I'll change my assessment depending on whether I get it or not! I am happily surprised you went to the trouble of tracking the delivery for me. I gave up after the arrival at LA and no change for four days. Again that’s not your fault, I know. I just kept thinking “Any day now!” and in that mode I answered the first email asking for a review. Actually, I still haven’t received it, but at least I know it has arrived on my side of the Pacific! So I will revise my review. 5 Stars for stellar investigative tracking on my behalf. Beautiful necklace! I purchased the necklace and it is absolutely beautiful and has a nice weight to it. The craftsmanship is fabulous and it goes great with my outfits. However…I’m wondering if anyone else has this experience, but I am very sensitive to the amount of “energy” it is pulling. I don’t know how to describe it, but I can only wear it for a short amount of time before I get light headed. As copper is very healing , maybe it’s my blood pressure affecting it? Who knows! I wear copper jewelry normally with no issue, I think it’s the amount of copper around my neck that could be the culprit. SO, buy the products, they are amazing! Just be mindful if you are an extra sensitive person like me, that you may need to use the keychain instead.
