JPI still have not received my order I still have not received my order. It is perhaps still at customs inspection, but this slow is not common these days and I realize that is not your fault. I'll change my assessment depending on whether I get it or not! I am happily surprised you went to the trouble of tracking the delivery for me. I gave up after the arrival at LA and no change for four days. Again that’s not your fault, I know. I just kept thinking “Any day now!” and in that mode I answered the first email asking for a review. Actually, I still haven’t received it, but at least I know it has arrived on my side of the Pacific! So I will revise my review. 5 Stars for stellar investigative tracking on my behalf. Thank you so much. “Maybe tomorrow!?”

GBBeautiful necklace! I purchased the necklace and it is absolutely beautiful and has a nice weight to it. The craftsmanship is fabulous and it goes great with my outfits. However…I’m wondering if anyone else has this experience, but I am very sensitive to the amount of “energy” it is pulling. I don’t know how to describe it, but I can only wear it for a short amount of time before I get light headed. As copper is very healing , maybe it’s my blood pressure affecting it? Who knows! I wear copper jewelry normally with no issue, I think it’s the amount of copper around my neck that could be the culprit. SO, buy the products, they are amazing! Just be mindful if you are an extra sensitive person like me, that you may need to use the keychain instead.

GBIncredible customer service and support! I was excited about the StayWell Copper products and look forward to them improving our health. What I can share now is their AMAZING customer service/support - probably the best I’ve ever experienced! First, I received my order in only a few days (living on Maui, we’re used to things taking a long time. When I received it I found I had made a mistake in my order and emailed them. I got calls from Jenny and Marcia and they took such good care of me! It was my mistake, but they sent my replacement that same day. I am super impressed with how they run their business and love that it’s all made in the USA! They can have 50 stars for my review!
