Great customer service with KORONA POS Customer service at KORONA is absolutely top level! It's a pretty darn good POS system, and well-priced. We've encountered a few stumbling blocks in implementing it for our small museum and gift shop, but the CS team is always ready with prompt and accurate support.

Love the Korona POS retail. It is very robust and customizable to our needs. Customer service is fantastic and located in the United States. We've asked for certain features and they are already available. Customer service walks you through every step of the process. Our customers love the detailed receipts and speedy process of checking out and we love the inventory control. The whole package meets all our needs as a small business with the means to grow with us.
