BBWe lost all of our prices at Xmas We lost all of our prices. At Xmas! The support team stayed with us until we were able to come up with solutions, as they were more than one approach. The reporting in Korona is extremely good. Did not know how much functionality is builtin , apart from the reporting itself there must be a number of links that are embedded so that we were able to get some of our prices back without breaking the bank. Kudos to Nicolas and the team for their unwavering assistance and proof of what a team should be.

GBGreat customer service with KORONA POS Customer service at KORONA is absolutely top level! It's a pretty darn good POS system, and well-priced. We've encountered a few stumbling blocks in implementing it for our small museum and gift shop, but the CS team is always ready with prompt and accurate support.
