Email issue I had needed some help from a friend and she needed remote access to my emails from her machine which caused problems with my machine. After contacting Mailbird they solved my problem in double quick time. Very happy with service and gave them a nine out of ten. Would have given them a ten out of ten but that does not leave any room for improvement (not that they need it)

All I would do ever really expect… All I would do ever really expect technical support to do was be able to figure out what's wrong and fix it . You know that's the nature of life things malfunction sometimes and I don't know if it's something on my computer that's causing it or is it the software that they have provided me I don't mind if something has got a glitch it's once we've determined that how quickly can we fix it and they're spot on about that.

Best support. I have to say that Dasha Zolotko solved a very frustrating problem for me. As always, Mailbird support came through again and solved the issue quickly, efficiently, and with utmost respect. I would not use any other mail app. I would reccomend Mailbird to anyone. Thank you Dasha.

Mailbird 2 was a great product Mailbird 2 was a great product, single fee lifetime licence and updates then comes Mailbird 3 where everything you got in MB2 is now behind a paywall or if you like a subscription, life time licence BUT you must pay for updates, this sounds very illegal and if not very underhanded to me. They are even banning people who question this on you tube and Facebook. Used to be a great product but now seems to have become a scam.
