Just like catching up with some old mates. My issue was resolved super quick. GBThis company has been holding my hard… This company has been holding my hard earned money (over $700) for over 30 days. There is no contact number to reach them. I have emailed them several times and no one has done anything. Everyone says they are looking into it, even though Stipe has advised of exactly what they need to do to take care of the issue and they have done absolutely NOTHING. My next step is to retain an attorney!! Do not use them, they are scammers!!!

GBLifetime deal is just for 60 days!!! i bought a "lifetime deal" of Deepword on 8-July-2022 and there was a 60 day money back guarantee. Then I got the mail from deepword on 14-sept-2022(66 days from purchase) saying they are stoppign service. I panicked and asked appsumo and deepword and they said... don't worry we will keep the software for you. I was not actively using it and when I wanted it I came back on february 2024 and found the access is still broken. Now appsumo is saying we cannot do anything after 60 days. So effectively they consider customers as fruit flies which has only 60 day life. Beware of lifetime products at onetime fee.
