Pleasantly surprised that I got swift action from the chat line -Simon was incredibly efficient and simply took over my screen. After much jiggery pokery and amazing skill I am now able to work. GBThis program NEVER fixed my problems This program NEVER fixed my problems, it just created a lot of them. I swear this program thinks EVERYTHING is malware and treats them as such. It never fixedf what I wanted to fix and has made some of my other programs unusable. Use this at your own risk. It's not worth what they charge for it.

GBNO NO NO Does nothing but scan and then pop ups… Does nothing but scan and then pop ups continually trying to sell it's sister product to remove the issues. Not what they advertised, does nothing to fix. Windows can perform the same scans for free, it advertises that it repairs and fixes and does not unless you "add on" that product separately. Scammers. The chat bot is always there to remind you to purchase the "fix" not transparent at all. Did nothing but tell me the scan founds these items wrong an d dangerous. Windows Defender is the same, for free. Find something else that is an all inclusive package as there are many available. Affiliated with Avmor, skip them and get a reputable company that is upfront. Also, make sure to cancel prior to 90 days.

GBWonderful help Well I was very upset that I didn't hear from the company soon. The next morning I tried again and they NOT only fixed the issue with getting the program to work properly they fixed my printer and worked on Windows. WOW I did not know that there was so much to do. I would never could have done it myself. More than likely would have just gone and bought a new computer. What more can I say BUT THANK YOU.

GBExcellent Tech Support I was very frustrated when I tried to install and utilize the software. This morning (April 6th) I set time aside first thing to get tech support. The person who assisted me remotely completed everything and most importantly worked well with me during the step by step process. I am most impressed with the thoroughness of the help I received. When I asked how I could share my appreciation, the tech person even brought up the page for me to write this review. AWESOME! A very sound investment,
