Forte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!

Excellent customer service Contacted their customer service regarding a question if their products are cruelty-free, vegan and are not tested on animals. Something that is very important to us. I received a very thorough reply on the same day from one of their employee named Cristina. Cristina was very polite and also gave suggestions on what products will suit better for my hair type. Above all she assured me that their company follows highest ethical standards and truly believe in being a cruelty-free company and not testing their products on animals either. Majority of their products are vegan but some have animal ingredients like beeswax and sheep wool wax. Truly hope they can make all their products Vegan soon. Very happy with the overall customer service, their turn around time and their love for animals as well.

Speaking of serious, I honestly want to recommend of their products, give it a real try and why? First of all, It's a brand formed for men only, it's alone deserve our appreciation. No need to compromise on women's products or Pharm ones. Second, the products are amazing, smell incredible and used for any hair type guys! I've got the best hair products for my thick wavy hair from Forte Series after trial and error with many other products; the Argon Oil worked wonders on the frizz control and the Texture Hair Clay gave me moldable (quite literally!) hair from which I could get my desired hair style, all which lasted long enough throughout the event I initially used it for.
