GBBest Products & Customer Service I love these products! I have very fine hair and two bald family members so I’ve tried countless items to try and not damage my hair while making it look and feel healthy. These are the best I’ve found. Not to mention the customer service was fantastic when one of my items was missing from a recent order before my wedding day. Maude was attentive, thoughtful, kind, and helpful! I’m looking forward to using Forte Series products for my wedding and for as long as I can!

CAExcellent customer service Contacted their customer service regarding a question if their products are cruelty-free, vegan and are not tested on animals. Something that is very important to us. I received a very thorough reply on the same day from one of their employee named Cristina. Cristina was very polite and also gave suggestions on what products will suit better for my hair type. Above all she assured me that their company follows highest ethical standards and truly believe in being a cruelty-free company and not testing their products on animals either. Majority of their products are vegan but some have animal ingredients like beeswax and sheep wool wax. Truly hope they can make all their products Vegan soon. Very happy with the overall customer service, their turn around time and their love for animals as well.
