great customer service Just started using the products and love them so far! Had a small issue where one product was being send from another warehouse but customer service was amazing and was super on top of it! They had quick responses which I appreciate. I would recommend

I followed the directions exactly I followed the directions exactly. The product did live up to your description. It held well, and has a nice feel. Unfortunately, I have allergies to many hydrocarbons, perfumes, colognes, deodorants, hair spray, etc....I had to wash this out of my hair as fast as I could. Immediate headache, sinus issues. Don't care what anyone says. Call me a pussy or what ever. When it happens to you, then it's 100% real. I'll be giving this jar to my friend who is a hairdresser. When, or if you come up with a scent free product I'll try it again.

I had some issues with a delay and a missing item, but the customer service team was very quick to respond and help resolve my problem. Not to mention they were also very professional and friendly. Top notch products and outstanding service! I have been buying from Forte since they started always had fast shipping and a easy process. On my last order the package was lost, I contacted Forte and they responded quickly on a Sunday evening. They filed a report with USPS for me. The package had been accidentally delivered to my neighbor and she brought it over after a few days. The same day the post office called to check up on the case and Forte checked up just after them! Really impressed with their customer service. I always say “judge someone by how they respond when things are going bad, anyone can handle it when things go smoothly”.
