Forte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!

Unique and Astonishing company What made my experience great really stems from the customer service I’ve received recently. They treat every customer with respect and care which is honestly what a company needs nowadays. Forte is doing extremely well when it comes to the quality of the products, their trustworthy and reliable service as well the efficiency when purchasing. I had some issues with a delay and a missing item, but the customer service team was very quick to respond and help resolve my problem. Not to mention they were also very professional and friendly.
