Top notch products and outstanding service! I have been buying from Forte since they started always had fast shipping and a easy process. On my last order the package was lost, I contacted Forte and they responded quickly on a Sunday evening. They filed a report with USPS for me. The package had been accidentally delivered to my neighbor and she brought it over after a few days. The same day the post office called to check up on the case and Forte checked up just after them! Forte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!
