They recommended a store in the EU and kept in contact with me to ensure my refund was complete. I wish every company treated the customers the same way. GBAbsolute Best Customer Service I have read many reviews on them and I agree 100% when it comes to the customer service- The foundation of their very business is very strong and I hope you guys stay the same forever but on a much larger scale. In my case, I had just ordered when I realized the shipment is going to my billing address which is different from where I am living atm. I forgot to make the changes and contacted Forte Series Customer Care ASAP! They replied in a few hours, By the next day, they had updated my shipment address. The best customer service experience I have ever had with any company, Period! I love their hair vitamins, argan oil and sea salt spray. Clay was amazing but not good for my hair type- should have seen the video on AC’s IG beforehand, Ordered hair cream this time. I absolutely love their products. Have been watching Alex Costa Youtube for a long time when I was in India, now that I’m in US, I absolutely love their products. AND a quick shout-out to Marie, who assisted me with shipping address situation for the customer service. I never write reviews but you guys deserve the recognition.

GBI followed the directions exactly I followed the directions exactly. The product did live up to your description. It held well, and has a nice feel. Unfortunately, I have allergies to many hydrocarbons, perfumes, colognes, deodorants, hair spray, etc....I had to wash this out of my hair as fast as I could. Immediate headache, sinus issues. Don't care what anyone says. Call me a pussy or what ever. When it happens to you, then it's 100% real. I'll be giving this jar to my friend who is a hairdresser. When, or if you come up with a scent free product I'll try it again.

GBI recently discovered this brand on… I recently discovered this brand on TikTok and I will say that I am very impressed! I had some issues with a delay and a missing item, but the customer service team was very quick to respond and help resolve my problem. Not to mention they were also very professional and friendly. Overall, I believe that their products are definitely worth the purchase!
