great customer service Just started using the products and love them so far! Had a small issue where one product was being send from another warehouse but customer service was amazing and was super on top of it! They had quick responses which I appreciate. I would recommend

Forte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!

Keep up the amazing customer service and quality of the products! I've got the best hair products for my thick wavy hair from Forte Series after trial and error with many other products; the Argon Oil worked wonders on the frizz control and the Texture Hair Clay gave me moldable (quite literally!) hair from which I could get my desired hair style, all which lasted long enough throughout the event I initially used it for. Their wonderful customer service adds up to the above experience. They go above and beyond for your requests and are extremely friendly and considerate as well. Keep up the good work guys! ❤️

I followed the directions exactly I followed the directions exactly. The product did live up to your description. It held well, and has a nice feel. Unfortunately, I have allergies to many hydrocarbons, perfumes, colognes, deodorants, hair spray, etc....I had to wash this out of my hair as fast as I could. Immediate headache, sinus issues. Don't care what anyone says. Call me a pussy or what ever. When it happens to you, then it's 100% real. I'll be giving this jar to my friend who is a hairdresser. When, or if you come up with a scent free product I'll try it again.

Unique and Astonishing company What made my experience great really stems from the customer service I’ve received recently. They treat every customer with respect and care which is honestly what a company needs nowadays. Forte is doing extremely well when it comes to the quality of the products, their trustworthy and reliable service as well the efficiency when purchasing. Overall, I will continue to support forte and what they are doing because ever since I started using the complete hair system with the shower duo and argan oil, as well as the molding paste, I had unicorn hair.
