The customer service is wonderful, attentive, quick to respond and extremely helpful. The products are fantastic and came within a week of me purchasing the item! Absolute Best Customer Service I have read many reviews on them and I agree 100% when it comes to the customer service- The foundation of their very business is very strong and I hope you guys stay the same forever but on a much larger scale. In my case, I had just ordered when I realized the shipment is going to my billing address which is different from where I am living atm. I forgot to make the changes and contacted Forte Series Customer Care ASAP! They replied in a few hours, By the next day, they had updated my shipment address. The best customer service experience I have ever had with any company, Period! I love their hair vitamins, argan oil and sea salt spray. Clay was amazing but not good for my hair type- should have seen the video on AC’s IG beforehand, Ordered hair cream this time. I absolutely love their products. Have been watching Alex Costa Youtube for a long time when I was in India, now that I’m in US, I absolutely love their products. AND a quick shout-out to Marie, who assisted me with shipping address situation for the customer service. I never write reviews but you guys deserve the recognition.

Apricus face wash and moisturizer This product, both the face wash and the skin moisturizer, gave me no skin irritation and left no residue after application. The penetration of the moisturizer into the skin is quick and effective, unlike other products. The customer service and staff are very helpful, friendly, and quick. I highly recommend the products from this company!

Keep up the amazing customer service and quality of the products! I've got the best hair products for my thick wavy hair from Forte Series after trial and error with many other products; the Argon Oil worked wonders on the frizz control and the Texture Hair Clay gave me moldable (quite literally!) hair from which I could get my desired hair style, all which lasted long enough throughout the event I initially used it for. Their wonderful customer service adds up to the above experience. They go above and beyond for your requests and are extremely friendly and considerate as well. Keep up the good work guys! ❤️
