Unique and Astonishing company What made my experience great really stems from the customer service I’ve received recently. They treat every customer with respect and care which is honestly what a company needs nowadays. Forte is doing extremely well when it comes to the quality of the products, their trustworthy and reliable service as well the efficiency when purchasing. Top notch products and outstanding service! I have been buying from Forte since they started always had fast shipping and a easy process. On my last order the package was lost, I contacted Forte and they responded quickly on a Sunday evening. They filed a report with USPS for me. The package had been accidentally delivered to my neighbor and she brought it over after a few days. The same day the post office called to check up on the case and Forte checked up just after them! Really impressed with their customer service. I always say “judge someone by how they respond when things are going bad, anyone can handle it when things go smoothly”.

Best Products & Customer Service I love these products! I have very fine hair and two bald family members so I’ve tried countless items to try and not damage my hair while making it look and feel healthy. These are the best I’ve found. Not to mention the customer service was fantastic when one of my items was missing from a recent order before my wedding day. Maude was attentive, thoughtful, kind, and helpful!
