Forte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!

Keep up the amazing customer service and quality of the products! I've got the best hair products for my thick wavy hair from Forte Series after trial and error with many other products; the Argon Oil worked wonders on the frizz control and the Texture Hair Clay gave me moldable (quite literally!) hair from which I could get my desired hair style, all which lasted long enough throughout the event I initially used it for.
