Forte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!

Unbelievable Customer Experience Ordered from Apricus skincare and had to cancel because I live in Europe. They recommended a store in the EU and kept in contact with me to ensure my refund was complete. I wish every company treated the customers the same way. Best Products & Customer Service I love these products! I have very fine hair and two bald family members so I’ve tried countless items to try and not damage my hair while making it look and feel healthy. These are the best I’ve found. Not to mention the customer service was fantastic when one of my items was missing from a recent order before my wedding day. Maude was attentive, thoughtful, kind, and helpful!
