Top notch products and outstanding service! I have been buying from Forte since they started always had fast shipping and a easy process. On my last order the package was lost, I contacted Forte and they responded quickly on a Sunday evening. They filed a report with USPS for me. The package had been accidentally delivered to my neighbor and she brought it over after a few days. The same day the post office called to check up on the case and Forte checked up just after them! Really impressed with their customer service. I always say “judge someone by how they respond when things are going bad, anyone can handle it when things go smoothly”.

Excellent customer service Contacted their customer service regarding a question if their products are cruelty-free, vegan and are not tested on animals. Something that is very important to us. I received a very thorough reply on the same day from one of their employee named Cristina. Cristina was very polite and also gave suggestions on what products will suit better for my hair type. Above all she assured me that their company follows highest ethical standards and truly believe in being a cruelty-free company and not testing their products on animals either. Majority of their products are vegan but some have animal ingredients like beeswax and sheep wool wax. Truly hope they can make all their products Vegan soon. Very happy with the overall customer service, their turn around time and their love for animals as well.

Absolute Best Customer Service I have read many reviews on them and I agree 100% when it comes to the customer service- The foundation of their very business is very strong and I hope you guys stay the same forever but on a much larger scale. In my case, I had just ordered when I realized the shipment is going to my billing address which is different from where I am living atm. I forgot to make the changes and contacted Forte Series Customer Care ASAP! They replied in a few hours, By the next day, they had updated my shipment address. The best customer service experience I have ever had with any company, Period! I love their hair vitamins, argan oil and sea salt spray. Clay was amazing but not good for my hair type- should have seen the video on AC’s IG beforehand, Ordered hair cream this time. I absolutely love their products. Have been watching Alex Costa Youtube for a long time when I was in India, now that I’m in US, I absolutely love their products. AND a quick shout-out to Marie, who assisted me with shipping address situation for the customer service. I never write reviews but you guys deserve the recognition.

I followed the directions exactly I followed the directions exactly. The product did live up to your description. It held well, and has a nice feel. Unfortunately, I have allergies to many hydrocarbons, perfumes, colognes, deodorants, hair spray, etc....I had to wash this out of my hair as fast as I could. Immediate headache, sinus issues. Don't care what anyone says. Call me a pussy or what ever. When it happens to you, then it's 100% real. I'll be giving this jar to my friend who is a hairdresser. When, or if you come up with a scent free product I'll try it again.
