The penetration of the moisturizer into the skin is quick and effective, unlike other products. The customer service and staff are very helpful, friendly, and quick. Excellent customer service Contacted their customer service regarding a question if their products are cruelty-free, vegan and are not tested on animals. Something that is very important to us. I received a very thorough reply on the same day from one of their employee named Cristina. Cristina was very polite and also gave suggestions on what products will suit better for my hair type. Above all she assured me that their company follows highest ethical standards and truly believe in being a cruelty-free company and not testing their products on animals either. Majority of their products are vegan but some have animal ingredients like beeswax and sheep wool wax. Truly hope they can make all their products Vegan soon.
