The customer service is wonderful, attentive, quick to respond and extremely helpful. The products are fantastic and came within a week of me purchasing the item! Great tinted moisturizer The process of ordering is straightforward, and I either get it shipped through my Amazon Prime account or delivered within three to four business days. I've been using the product for several months now without any irritation on my face and it does what is promised. It temporarily hides blemishes and enhances my appearance.

Absolute Best Customer Service I have read many reviews on them and I agree 100% when it comes to the customer service- The foundation of their very business is very strong and I hope you guys stay the same forever but on a much larger scale. In my case, I had just ordered when I realized the shipment is going to my billing address which is different from where I am living atm. I forgot to make the changes and contacted Forte Series Customer Care ASAP! They replied in a few hours, By the next day, they had updated my shipment address. The best customer service experience I have ever had with any company, Period! I love their hair vitamins, argan oil and sea salt spray. Clay was amazing but not good for my hair type- should have seen the video on AC’s IG beforehand, Ordered hair cream this time. I absolutely love their products. Have been watching Alex Costa Youtube for a long time when I was in India, now that I’m in US, I absolutely love their products. AND a quick shout-out to Marie, who assisted me with shipping address situation for the customer service. I never write reviews but you guys deserve the recognition.

Unique and Astonishing company What made my experience great really stems from the customer service I’ve received recently. They treat every customer with respect and care which is honestly what a company needs nowadays. Forte is doing extremely well when it comes to the quality of the products, their trustworthy and reliable service as well the efficiency when purchasing.
