Great company, even better customer service! This is my first time purchasing from Forte Series and all I have to say is that I am truly impressed! The customer service is wonderful, attentive, quick to respond and extremely helpful. The products are fantastic and came within a week of me purchasing the item! Forte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!
